However unfortunately for the keeper when it arrived it was heavily out numbered by hundreds possibly thousands of corvettes all outfitted with large versions of the solar spitters. Fighters were being constructed with the aid of magic where it had arrived namely a portion of space that had yet been unexplored by any other group.
Verrizian was on the land itself of a nearby planet practicing his magic and absorption and venting his irritation. How dare some unknown variable halt his plans like this. It was unforgivable. He could no longer have a fleet without scanning and so he would take things slower now, one step at a time maybe even half a step at a time.
Aboard the ships all of the Solar Spitters were beginning to be charged up to fire directly at the Keeper. It had been detected by magic when it activated it's JD. All of the fighters and corvettes not on the ground being fixed were prepared for it.
Detectors among the mages noticed another ship following it. This simply could not do. With most of the fleet being built currently here, 2 ships intruding was simply not an option and so they sent a call to the movers who as their name implied used their magic to open a portal in front of the Kilo redirecting it towards Magimeta.

The Keeper wasn't expecting battle. It wanted to speak.
The Keeper telepathically told everyone, "Listen. We don't look for war. But what you have trespassed into our territory and began to study us without our permission."

Upon hearing the Aralangs telepathically within their head the Veldorians did the mental equivalent of a laugh. “We were scanning your tech to see if it was the normal kind of tech for the galaxy. If it was we would then produce counter measures with our technology to ensure we were not destroyed. However our recent reports have shown that yours is not the only form and thus it is not the only form that a counter must be constructed for.†said a voice back. It was that of Verrizian.
"And the pods were part of the studying you. Studying some of your firepower. "

Kilo- You know thats still counted as spying...

"Yeah. It's considered as spying. Don't do that again," the Aralang telepathically said. "Don't test us, either."

Kilo- Want me to send out for reinforcements just in case?

Verrizian Veldor had been annoyed. How could have the Aralangs learned of his attempt to spy on them and learn through them some of the firepower of the standard empires? A tractor beam wasn't a weapon. As he received the telepathic message having actually intercepted it himself, he focused on sending one back to the Aralangs.
“Very well. There shall be no more spying.†At that a magic glamor wove convincing the Aralangs and those of the other ship that all of the ships were damaged beyond repairs that could be done within the span of a year. This spell would merely buy him time to prepare a much more massive fleet and thus be ready for war when it came to that.
Biding his time would be first priority as he would have to retake all the scans and photographs of each ship and build new types of ships for his people to put to use. He loved being in authority but longed for the day when the Veldorians ruled all the dimensional planes.

However by the time they got there the Veldorians had all moved. All of them were gone and nothing remained.

The Aralangs were convinced by Verrizian, but that was over in a moment. The Aralangs have strong minds. The Aralangs then traced the Veldorians. The Keeper then sent coordinates of where the tracing pinpointed.

However the Veldorians had instead all went to a pocket dimension that had numerous wards, and other defenses designed to keep out ships. In another pocket dimension all five of their ships had been stored.

The Keeper then JD'ed away.
