Empire Name: United Paxans
Primary Race: Bellicus, Imbellis
Empire Description: For centuries the Paxans were enslaved to a Monarchy government. Although the Emperor was always kind, the independent nature of the Paxans made them yearn for something different. But what? They didn't know, having never known anything else. When news of a republic came from earth, both Bellicus and Imbellis yearned for it. But it could not be granted. With the extinction and revival of the race and planet, the Paxans were finally given their freedom by Benjamin South. Complete with a capitalist system, freedom of religion, of speech, full rights to weapons and manufacture of, this new republic is off to a promising start.
Additional Information: Their flag is green, with a blue shield and a red sword behind it, with the motto "Create! Waarnemen! Herkent!" on the bottom. The have a standing army, and are working on a navy. Their special forces are called the Imprecarris and are made up of Xaps most powerful magic users.
Territories: The planet Xap is split into twelve different "states", united into a single government (Much like the United States on earth, except truer to their republic roots). Benjamin's territory is called Macht.
