Empire Name: The Second Organization
Primary Race: All are welcome.
Empire Description: A group founded to lessen the terror and despair and misery that was spread by the criminal organization known as the Anrufe. Originally this group was led by Order, but he died and Arceis brought the group back to life under his leadership. Unlike other empires though they don't have one leader but rather a council of leaders instead and a superior who during emergency situations takes control of the group. The group however has changed from the way Order made it to where there is only one leader and his underlings so they could better fight the Anrufe. Also they have the goal of bringing Order Tyrus back to life as their leader once more.
