Basic Technology would at least be a start. Warrior humans numbering by the thousands teleported into Industralia, all wielding heavy duty fire power.
This was not a take over yet, but a slaughter of the innocent. All of them together opened fire with their weaponry to kill people. Kids, Women, Children, Men, Old Men, Old Women. It really didn't matter. Deaths were the only thing that mattered currently.
Mages among the group unleashed devastating magical attacks aimed at hundreds of civillians at once. The ones with the heavy guns fired at whoever would rise up to defend the place.
