Canada and the US are too big for a ship to be a capital ship. Super-capital ships are that big, but not capital ships.

An average capital ship is the size of New York. The average super-capital is the size of the US. Yes, the idea of the size of each class is my idea, and has been adopted.

Well then, I guess I got really big capitals. Seeing as my normal capital is Texas, and my Super-Capital is Asia.
