Biography: The Son of Mark Tepper and Dr Cathrine Halsey. Mark knows nothing about him or his Sister. Both are taken care of by Kelly Farino. Unknown to him he is the Hier to Tepper's Company and Fortune.
He is currently the Head Administrator for FHSS, after faote left.

Personality- Mark Halsey is a very serious individual who is quite devoted to his work. He, like his mother, is a kind, compassionate, and caring person. But, like his father, he can be ruthless when people anger him or cause trouble or harm to False heaven. He typically lacks a lot of his fathers traits, like greed, and tepper's tendency to screw anything that moves.
After working in False Heaven for so long, he was developed a slight God complex, in which no one, save for Faote, is superior to him.

Biography: Younger Sister of Mark II, She has an Extremely High IQ as well as a proficency in Martial arts and small Arms. Like her Brother She knows nothing of her Heritage.
Weapons: Encanted Katana known to her only as the Sword of Razgriz.
