In order to facilitate arming all his sages and giving them land so he could abandon the use of a pocket dimension Gallaghar decided it was time for him to summon the Republic to him or rather 1 or 2 of their people. Ones without the ability to use magic however as he didn't want to risk a magical confrontation on this world. Not today at least. He then exerted his power and said COME TO ME in an ancient magical tongue. It would cause the first Republic Member it sensed that lacked magic to be forced to come to this world as if by magic.

The Republicans did come, but they weren't forced. They expected this meeting. Two leaders came with an escort of 10 soldiers. "What is it?" one leader asked.

Gallaghar then said "You may have noticed a war going on throughout this galaxy orchestrated by the Anrufe and by the Archive. I assume you wish to be prepared if such a war was to break out again?"

"The Aralangs will take care of it."

"Your military if Earth's is any indication of the strength of yours will need training in magic at least for those in the republic capable of such feats of fancy. I on the other hand need land so I don't have to rely on a pocket dimension to house all the sages I have been gathering and keeping hidden for the day I use them to put things right. Hikaru and K2323 and Kai and the Anrufe may attack again at any moment. I have an army of sages ready to prevent such a disaster from occuring. Of course if you wish my permission to borrow them..." He made a contract appear near them. "Sign it in blood if you have magic. " said Gallaghar as he watched them with his dark blue eyes.

"We don't have magic. Also, we aren't just giving territory away. You need something to give us in return. And signing in blood? What is with you? A pen would do it." He said with disgust.

"If you had magic, a signing in blood would bind you to the contract no matter what. " said Gallaghar. "Oh and I will give you something alright. " He then snapped his fingers. A portal to his pocket dimension full of highly trained sages which he had spent part of his time training appeared. "Take a look. "
The Sages could be seen practicing with guns and melee weapons and using spells to hit dummies that had been constructed out of straw. "Quite the large army of sages. You give me a few worlds and some ships and I will allow you to use them when you need them, but never against me. "

"Just those guys? Heck no!" said the leader, becoming irritated.

"Very well. I see there is no point since I can't convince you at this time. Very well. " His hand lit with orange light and the contract just turned to dust instantly. -Hopefully my apprentice will have better luck when I send him on his mission to render an old friend out of the battle between myself and the Anrufe. -

The 12 went back to Earth.
