Vailen re-materialized in heaven though this time he looked like he had seen horrors. As he had traveled back to heaven he had seen the conditions of the bodies that the Anrufe had taken by force.
He had delivered Hikaru's children to her despite the AM field but he looked weak.
The AM field had sapped some of his strength and so had using magic to find out about what had been going on in the mortal plane.
Horror was across his face as he looked at Eli Xenos with pleading eyes. He knew something had to be done and yet as an angel he was bound not to interfere but would Eli permit it?
“My lord Kami-Sama?†He asked as he knelt before Eli near his throne in heaven.
“Will you allow me to enact a plan that would affect the mortal plane in a positive way?†He had a plan that could stop the spree of killings but he would need Eli's permission to do it.
Vailen looked weaker than he usually was since the AM had sapped his strength. He was dissapointed that the Aralangs used the barbaric AM fields.
“My lord will you allow me to set up measures that will allow the mortal plane to recover what it has lost at the hands of a certain group?†Vailen had honest intentions of sending an embodiment namely that of Order back to the mortal plane along with his disciples in order to help out there if the war of the Embodiments came here, they would have help on the mortal plane.
