Biography: On Zed, nobility is not easily obtained. Even to be a noble doesn't mean much. However, the Yesterwind family forcefully took Zed by storm and grasped their nobility. Although granted time for play at their younger years, Yesterwind place great responsibility and expectation upon their children. This has lead to the Yesterwind's children to have a great start in the world of Zed.
Although some of the strongest and most noble of Zed, the Yesterwind's always played second fiddle to some new, ambitious family. That was until Hellrick Yesterwind XV was born. Destiny was on the Yesterwind's side, Hellrick tamed a Leets Whooma months before the search for a Whooma Lord commenced, putting him at the top of the list. When the old Whooma Lord stepped down, Hellrick was almost immediately appointed Whooma Lord. No others could find a Leets to match his.
Three Lords later, Jakob Yesterwind was born. He was a smart boy, but took to play more than his parents thought he aught to, and with tough competition for the Whooma Lord to come, Jakob was rudely pulled from play and forced into grueling training, expected to be the best. Strong-willed Jakob became a prodigy, taming Gnintil at age ten. Encouraged and cheered on by his parents and friends, Jakob thrived on the attention, diving into Whooma taming. He went around Zed, training up an impressive elbem of powerful Whooma. The young Jakob saw his recent victories as a time to slack off and enjoy life, but was forcefully nudged back to his studies by his parents, again being robbed of his fun. Jakob grudgingly went to work, continuing to tame rare Whooma and training his elbem. (A name for an owners Whooma, if they have more than two.) Jakob submitted to his parents and kept on his path, training in social skills and manners as well as his Whooma work. He grew into a strong, handsome, and respected young drer. (Drer is the Serpencullis word for Man.) Even though he was still young, he was treated as an adult, a drer of stature.
Yet, every single Zedite was shocked when he found and tamed a Leets.
They were even more shocked when he became the Whooma Lord at 25, the youngest Whooma Lord in centuries.
Jakob enjoyed his place of power, and did his duties well, earning praises for his big feats. But after his first two years, the praises stopped, and monotony set in. The young Whooma Lord found himself bored for the first time in his life. With no more praise to earn, or expectation to reach, Jakob found himself wanting adventure. But what adventure? He'd fought every beast on Zed. He'd trained the most stubborn and ferocious of the Whooma, and been Everywhere on Zed. What more was there to do?
Jakob found himself looking to the stars and remembering his brief days as a child, when he dreamed of shooting off into the stars and finding all new worlds. He suddenly realized, at long last, he could do that. After a long discussion with the powerful Draziw Whooma in his elbem, Jakob, and his loyal Leets Whooma, named Hellbourn, were transported into the far reaches of their dimension.

Appearance: He has an olive skin tone, and his skin is significantly less scaly than other Serpencullis, making him almost appear human at a glance. He's tall, with sparkling brown eyes. His head has two main curved horns, with a stylized row of small uniform horns running between them.
