After retreating to her suite and through the portal to her home, Celestie teleports into a clear, uninhabited portion of the Outerverse, the stone Keith still underneath her arm. She sets it down on the ground before her and takes several steps back. Forming numerous barriers around herself in order to protect herself from what she is about to do, she sits upon her knees and reaches out for the stone. The seals release, the Order fleeing from the stone, which quickly and somewhat explosively returns to its previous form of Keith, though his limbs may be a small bit stiff.
"Welcome back to the realms of the living, Chaos Shaper Keith."
-
The new area startles him. A house? Last he remembered, he was in the arena, when she seemed to move at blindig speed, and then...He couldn't remember. Confusion set in, likely also a by-product of the un-sealing. One thing was certain, though; the fight was over. "Living...? No...I dont think thats right. Who won?"
-
She smiles and starts walking around him. "I did, if it's really that important. The Sierrensa allows for quite fast movement, if you know what you're doing." She says, looking at her new body, just now getting the chance to take a good look. "I thought that, since you were kind enough to help me with my metamorphosis, I'd help you understand what I was talking about during our match."
-
"...Very well. Your words had intrigued me, so I suppose there's no point in not taking you up on that offer. Also, might I inquire where we are? The area...Is not familiar." He said, after having gotten up and looking around. "Hm...Too open. There's hardly any trees here..."
-
"Not a single tree for a few miles, didn't want anyone trying to sneak up on us. This is the Outerverse. A place wholly of magic, where technology does not function." She answers, shrugging as she forms a couple chairs out of barriers. "Something happened during our fight. You slowed down, went almost entirely defensive, using some poor suppressive fire even. What happened?"
-
"Im...Not really sure. It was like I just locked up, and started remembering things at a extremely enhanced pace, at the expense of my movement while it was happening. But to think there was so much I didn't even know I knew...Wonder what else I know how to do?"
-
She smiles and shakes her head, sitting down on the crafted chair. "You may want to focus on mastering what you just remembered, and keeping control of that which you Shape."
-
"Mm...I see the sense of that...Still, I wanna know more of the stuff I know but dont...Um...Know." He said, before looking around. "Hey, wait, what happened to Denera? I wonder if she's looking for me in the Chaos Warp...Doubt it'd open around here without my command, but I dont know...She must be worried about me by now, having seen you...Do whatever you did to me."
-
She shrugs and points at the chair next to him. "I don't even know anyone named Denera, sorry. But, it's not like I killed you or anything. If you've a pocket dimension tied to your own body, which is rather dangerous might I add, she should have been fine. Might have felt a little discomfort, if anything."
-
"Denera's...A friend of mine. She's a Elemental Divine who found her way into the Chaos Warp. You may have seen it during out battle; Iopened it a few times to access the Chaos in it during our fight. For some reason, when she finall found me within the Warp, she thought I was a god, and decided to worship me. At first, I kept her around out of amusement, but she's become a important being to me over the years, I guess. She's nice, if a little zealous, but then again so are most Divine from what she tells me." Keith said, not realizing he was rambling. "As for the Warp, it was created when I was, I guess. I've always been able to manipulate its openings and the Chaos within it, but not its nature. It randomly opens and closes its portals without my discretion. I think that may be in my locked memories, but I dont know."
-
"Unlocking memories is rather easy, to be honest. You just need to learn how to use your magic." She says, leaning back a bit. "Though it sounds to me like she'd be of more assistance there than I would, simply because you like her."
-
He tilted his head, frowning a bit. "Did I imply I dislike you? If anything, I respect you greatly. In any case, Divine magic is rather limitted to those not of the Divine. The way she explained it to me, Elemental magic is tied to each species and their core beliefs. Not sure if its true, but I haven't been able to use magic before. I guess I should bring her here, let her know Im alright." He said, raising his arm, a arc of red electricity arcing off and opening a portal to a abnormal world of red. The landscape was torn, floating in a endless nothing, with the walkways leading also upon the walls. A adult female was walking along one of these 'walls' when the portal opened. It caughtbher attention, and she bolted for it, just stepping onto the ground as seen from this point of view as though it were just a walkway. Which it was in the Warp, where most physical laws either dont apply or are modified. She peering into the portal, spotted Keith, and jumped out in joy toward him, happy he was safe. Her shadow moved of its own accoard, twitching and even seeming to raise out of the ground a few times. "Yep, I thought she'd be there. Celestie, this is Denera Kor, Denera, this is Celestie."
She stopped jumping for joy over Keith's well being to look at Celestie and said,"Hi! So...Your the one who beat Keith?"
-
She nods and turns to face her. "And you must be Keith's love interest." She says rather bluntly as she smiles at the newcomer. "Hope you know his baggage, cause he doesn't seem to."
-
She blushed, taken aback. She tried and failed to regain her composure, growing even more red in the face(almost to the color of her crimson hair) mumbling something like,"What? Why would the God of Chaos want me? Im certainly not worthy of it..." Her shadow, at the mention, did shift closer to Keith's even as she said this, however.
Keith's eye twitched in morse code, directed at Celestie, saying,"What are you talking about!?" and,"Where did you get that from!?" Up until now, he'd conciously mostly seen Denera as something of a pet, but now that he thought of it, he realized he valued her much more than that. The extent, he wasn't sure, but he knew he'd protect the little Divine if she was ever in danger. Other than that, he tried to ignore that, and asked,"Um...What was that about magic earlier?"
-
Since she never bothered to learn Morse Code, she's no idea what Keith's doing. Instead, she laughs warmly at the girl's reaction and shakes her head. "Sorry, people with my, background, tend to be able to notice these things. "So, magic, do you mean what I was doing in the match?"
-
"Beats me, maybe. I've always been able to manipulate Chaos, but thats innate to me. I've tried teaching Denera here how, but she seems unable, so I dont know." He said, having stopped twitching by now and wearing a normal expression. Denera, hearing what he said, added in,"Yeah, Lord Keith has tried teaching me his Chaos-Craft. But Im a Elemental-Divine, so it'd be a long time before I'd be able to use any besides Divine-Craft. Im not even sure its possible for us, actually. None have mastered any other kind, to the best of my knowledge."
-
"I mean is that what you were asking about?" She explains, raising an eyebrow as if surprised he missed that.
-
"Oh, uh, no, I was asking about how you were saying about my memories. But Im not sure Im capable of magic in the first place, is the thing..."
-
She chuckles. "What do you think you use to shape your chaos? It certainly seems to behave like magic, even if it is done differently." She replies, before looking over at the girl. "And besides, you have her to help you out. Memory-magic like what you're looking for is a healing magic, which is often covered under the Divine."
-
"Iunno if its magic myself, to me its alljust innate. But, I guess I'll try it." He said turning to Denera. She shrugged, her shadow starting to twitch. "I've heard all Elemental magic has the ability to heal, but I haven't heard that Divine's the best at it. I could try, but Im not sure." She then tried to focus her magic on healing, to which her shadow responded. It twitched and spasmed, and even came out of the ground before producing a small furry sphere, which quickly scurried away. "...Well, Im pretty sure Tak'Sets aren't the secret of healing..." She mumbled hanging her head.
-
"Generally speaking, divine, water and earth tend to be the better spheres healing-wise." She says, smiling as she sees the little fuzzball. "Is that some kind of animal?"
-
"Oh, sort of. They're small angels who guide lost spirits toward the right path in Divine culture. Not of religion, but more kindness rather than cruelty. They're timid, but never hostile, and use our summons to get through to here so they may help people. At least, thats what we're taught. We usually learn how to summon those with our magic first when we're young, and practice our magic by focusing them. But since I dont know any healing spells, I must've summoned the small angel accidentally." She said, shrugging a bit. "Its good I only summoned one of those, some demons dislike being summoned without a purpose, and many other angels find it rude." With that, she sat down on the grass and started thinking, trying to figure out a healing spell.
-
((That's Lorri with a rolled r.))
Celestie smiles at the little fuzzball, walking over to take a closer look. "I've seen records of these little ones. My ancestors called them Lorri. They're quite intelligent, if you know how to communicate with them." She says, running her fingers through the fur on the top of its head.
-
"I know they're intelligent." Denera said, smiling. The Tak'Set seemed to calm at Celestie's touch, before scurrying closer to her. Keith asked,"Hey, Celestie. What makesyou think I an use magic, anyway? I dont even know how it works, or what it truly is..."
-
She laughs slightly and turns to Keith. "No one really knows what magic actually is." She says, before taking a few steps back. "And you'd have to learn. There's quite a few different ways to use it, so I thought I'd write up a list of a few planets with magic-able races on them, so you could learn and decide."
-
"Hm...Alright, I guess I could try to learn. No harm in trying, though Im not sure I even can." He said, getting up. He stayed silent for a moment, picking his words, and said, his expression serious,"If you need anything, Empress of Reloria Celestie, find me. I'll aid you, and your allies."
-
Her eyebrows raise, showing her surprise at his words. "Well, if you really must, I do have a personal favor I'd like to ask of you. There's a woman on a planet named Aralia, a friend of mine named Hikaru. I haven't heard from her in quite the long time, and she's been having quite a lot of trouble with the locals. If you could just swing by there on your travels, get in contact with her somehow, I'd appreciate it." She replies, rubbing the back of her head. "The last I saw her in person, she was with child. I must admit, I'm a bit concerned."
-
He saw she was surprised, and said,"I respect power greatly, and you were able to defeat me. That is my reason to help you when you may need it." He thought of her request, and asked,"Who is she, what does she look like, and what can I expect there?"
-
"Normally, the Aralangs are relatively decent, though they do have a bit of a holier-than-thou attitude, but since the whole prison thing, I'm not entirely sure. And she's probably the only one with bright, bright red hair on the planet. I'm not sure if she's still bearing the new life or not, so she may be a bit big, or she may be back to her usual skinny. She's got a bit of an attitude, and a red cape." She says, forming an illusion of the last time Celestie'd seen Hikaru.
-
"Hmm...Very well. I'll do my best to find her. If I do, where should I bring her?"
-
"Nowhere. I just want to know how she's doing. If she needs help, let me know before you leave the planet." She clarifies, looking around as if she heard something. "I'm afraid I must get going. My husband is up next in the tournament."
-
"Very well. Denera, you'll stay in the Chaos Warp for this. If I find her, you'll need to be the one to find Celestie. She'll be in Hell, I'd imagine, since she's going to the tournament."
"Alright, Keith."
He then opened a Chaos Warp, and the two went inside it, with Keith then attempting to find this 'Aralia' planet.
