It's time. When we enter phase 2, we will have 100 cards.
two of those will be Legendaries.
In case you forgot what a legendary is, it's a character card that whenever you play it, all other character cards you have on your side of the field are discarded, and you cannot play anymore character cards until your legendary is killed, or sent to nonexistence. That being said, whatever legendary card you have out is going to be bad ass.
This topic will deal with legendary cards. Suggest all that you want, go nuts with the effects (Well, not too nuts. don't do "infinite everything."). By the time we reach our 98th card, I will roll a dice IN THE PUBLIC CHAT and whatever two numbers we get will be the cards chosen.
Keep in mind, just because your card isn't chosen doesn't mean it'll never be implemented. I have decided that every 150 cards, we will accept a new legendary card, and the same process will be put to the test.
What sorts of cards should be legendary? Here's an example of mine.
Name: Faote, God Alchemist (Kick Cost of 3)
Class: LEGENDARY
Life: 120
Soul: 150
Effect: Every turn during your effect phase, you may discard a card to send a card of your opponent's to nonexistance.
Flavor Text: "To intrude on god's territory..."
As you can already tell, the Life and Soul are pretty crazy. Also notice the kick cost: The entire character field must be filled to even put Faote out there.
Here's another legendary, with different parameters.
Name: Bob (No Kick cost)
Class: LEGENDARY
Life: 85
Soul: 90
Effect: Every turn, you may shuffle your hand into your deck and draw the same amount of cards you had initially.
Flavor Text: BILLY BOB JOE
See the difference? Some legendaries can lack a kick cost, but their bad ass effects should be weakened considerably. Of course you can still go nuts, but keep in mind this: With Legendaries, Kick cost level = bad ass level.
That's it. Go nuts!

Name: Benjamin South
Class: LEGEN-DAIRY
Life: 100
Soul: 180
Effect: Whenever this card is attacked, restore it's Soul Points by the number of Life lost.
Flavor: Creature of fate, Benjamin is not someone you want to piss off.
-
Name:The Grim Reaper(kick cost-5)
Class: LEGENDARY
Life: 150
Soul: 130
Effect: Once per turn, flip three coins. For each heads, choose a single card not in the Nonexistence stack, your opponents hand, or their deck, and send those cards to the Nonexistence stack.
Flavor Text:"Come'th with me, and leave the realm of mortals..."
-
Name: Nisorin Lertis (Kick cost = 1)
Class: Legendary
Life: 175
Soul: 80
Effect: Cards with Soul costs of less than 40 have their soul costs halved.
Flavor Text: "For Dragon Moon we fight this day!"
Name: Celestie Lertis (Kick cost = 1)
Class: Legendary
Life: 125
Soul: 200
Effect: Cards with multiple turn casting times have their casting times halved.
Flavor Text: "Can't kill what you can't hit!"

I'll probably screw this up, but...
Name: Fatet (Kick Cost = Number of character cards in play on your side immediately before being played)
Class: Legendary
Life: 232 (Yes, I know how high this is.)
Soul: Roll a nice. Divide the number you get by 232.
EX: Roll a dice, get 6.
232/6=39
Effect: Decide the fate of your enemy's cards... Every two turns, pick a card in the enemy's afterlife. Either move the card to the enemy's nonexistence or bring it to your deck, fully replenished. Your life lowers by one point for every card you bring to your deck.
Flavor Text: "Your will is strong, stronger than that of most.. But it does not excuse your sin against fate!"

All characters are kicked anyways when you play a legendary. Having a kick cost on them just tells you how much of a badass effect they have. And how many people are required to be kicked before you play them. For that effect, I'd say a kick cost of 2 or 3.
-
Name: Abel (Kick cost of three)
Class: LEGENDARY
Life: 100
Soul: 145
Effect:
Absorption - Whenever Abel is responsible for sending a character, or a living unit card to the graveyard Abel's soul and health are raised by that card's initial life/soul. Abel's life and soul however cannot exceed two-hundred and twenty.
Double tap - If Abel attacks the same card twice, destroy that card, no matter how much damage is done.
Flavor Text: "No matter how polite it sounds..never shake his hand." - Prince Valentine of the Nyx Federation.

(Guys...All Cards are kicked regardless on the event that it is summoned)

Only a maximum of 3 characters can be on the field at the same time.

Yeah, but the purpose of having a kick cost on a legendary card is showing how many characters you have to give up to even play it, whether you have more than that or not.

Change of plans. ALL 6 LEGENDARIES ARE APPROVED, AND CAN BE USED IN THE GAME.
Happy Birthday Hiro.
Please note though, at the moment, you may only have 2 legendaries in your deck at any time.
