A warrior human clad in a green shirt which a chain mail tunic beneath it that was enchanted to resist anything short of a bomb and also wearing black jeans was on Xap. His mission was clear to him at least namely that he had to get technology for the Warrior Humans to save them a great deal of time and effort.
“Alright. Time to get to work.†He muttered under his breath before using a vision extension spell to try and find Nova Corp. He had been up for weeks moving the golems with his magic and thus was tired. Most of the Warrior Humans were tired but still they persisted. Yawning he made a cup of Synthian (Warrior Human Coffee) appear in his hands and drank it.
“Alright. Where is Nova Corp?†He took out a book of spells and began to read through it as he walked looking for a spell to replenish his energy and to stop himself from being tired. He did not find any, closed the book and continued walking around hopelessly lost as he looked for Nova Corp.
-
A friendly girl smiled at the warrior human, as he was wandering through a town. "You look lost, hon."
-
Politeness was always a good sign and the warrior human looked at the girl before asking her “Do you know where I can find Nova Corp?†It was obvious though that finding Nova Corp would soon be the least of this person's problems. Yawning again he materialized another cup of Synthian and drank it to force himself to stay awake.
-
Her smile slightly disappeared. "Um. Sure. It's up in those mountains over there." She said, pointing. "It's quite a walk."
-
The warrior human looked at the girl for a moment discerning something and then materialized an emerald medallion and tossed it to her. “Here. This will provide you with some magical shields. Thanks for your help.â€
He levitated into the air and then flew straight for Nova Corp having less time because he was tired. Once he was near the location he began to descend since he was so tired and started freefalling. Forcing himself to stay awake he forced his magic active again. “Okay. When I get home I definitely need to rest.†He landed near the main entrance to Nova Corp unarmed as before but this time a bit tired and hungry.
-
The girl caught the medallion, smiling. "Hey, thanks!" She called after him, as he took off. "My name's Tonya!" She called after him.
--
A couple of echter Shildwachts guarded the door but paid no attention to him.
-
Seeing the robots he sighed. He went to the door and attempted to knock on it. If the robots intervened he would fry their circuits. Mentally he thought of having Tonya do some of the work but changed his mind. It wouldn't be right to use her like that to get some of his work done.
-
The Schildwacht took no notice of him. The Warrior Human would feel AP, and AT fields around the building. He had better just walk in, instead of knocking.
-
The structure was impressive looking to the Warrior Human. Once he had sensed the AT and AP fields he focused on his magic and wove a spell around himself that would allow him to teleport out should things get too violent or anything. His clothes changed to a kind of warrior human ceremonial robe since the former leader of the Warrior Humans, Ace Thunders was scheduled to be buried today. Once inside he walked to where the front desk was his vision spell still in effect. “Do you know were any stores on the planet are?â€
-
The beautiful green-haired receptionist looked strangely at him, not near as inviting as he probably hoped. "Sir, you came all the way up those mountains to ask ofr directions?" She said in a smart-assed way, the host of a smile curling on her lips.
-
Nodding his head the warrior human yawned. “I have a lot of tech to purchase and take off world if possible. A lot of work for me to do and I am tired but I must continue.†said the Warrior Human.
-
"We've got a shop here." She said pointing in it's direction.
-
So as he looked at the woman the Warrior Human read her mind targetting only the location of the shop. Since there was an AP and AT field around him he did not dare use that kind of move. Instead he asked the woman quietly “Do you mind if I speed up my travel to there?†He would use a shadow travel spell to get there since AT and AP did not block Shadow Travel thus making it much easier to get to places in those fields.
-
The girl nodded insecurely.
-
The Warrior Human concentrated and his shadow grew in size surrounding and envelopeing him. Within the next 2 minutes he was at the shop. Now he would simply get the stuff and be on his way. After all he would need all the help for the warrior humans that he could possibly get at the moment. Supplies were a definite must have first of all including basic weaponry and tools.
He finally got out of the shadow travel and said to the person he saw who happened to be the cashier... “Know where I could get a way to carry a lot of items at once without being bulked down or having to make repeat trips back and forth?â€
-
The cashier, a stocky man named Mike, looked at him suspiciously. "We have Dimension in a Pocket."
-
Dimension in a pocket meant likely Pocket Dimension. Which was good because if they had tech to do it, he would just buy several thousand of those and call it good by delivering them to the warrior humans which would vastly speed up their activities. Which would prove to be beneficial to him as he could be home sleeping once he got them supplies needed. Looking at the Cashier he said to him “I will take about 100 million of those.â€
-
Mike was not a man with a sense of humor. He stared at him for a couple of seconds, before replying, "You're kidding, right?"
-
OOC- Dude, Hawk, I dont know what one of those even sells for....but i can assure you that at no point in any of your character's history have they ever had enough credits to make such an order...
-
OOC: G-shite. "100 Million Pocket Dimensions". Git act like he's preparing to play Intergalactic Whack-a-Mole.
-
The Warrior Human's grin instantly morphed into a scowl when he heard the word kidding. He was not kidding around when people needed these dimensions for storage when the heavy machinery would be built. Besides that people needed the pocket dimensions for privacy and so if the planet ever got attacked all of them could hide at once. Looking at Mike with all seriousness he simply said one sentence to him. “How much are a hundred million pocket dimension generators?â€
-
Mike shook his head, mashing buttons on a calculator and handing it to the Warrior Human. It showed 50,000,000 credits.
-
Well the amount alone stagged the warrior human back. Wait. Why didn't he think of that earlier? Only one would be actually needed as he could create the rest with magic by doing a multiplication spell on the object that would multiply it to the amount he wanted. Of course that would require a lot of magical energy that he currently had inside of him but still. “How much for one?â€
-
He looked at the warrior human, and held up his pen. "I'm running out of pen's. Can you make me some, exactly like this?" He asked, handing the pen to him.
-
Looking at the pen for the moment the warrior human imagined pens like it. Pens appeared in small bunches of 20 with rubberbands around them and 5 bunches appeared on the desk of the guy all full of ink. “There.â€
"Now as I was saying, how much for one of those pocket dimension generators?"
-
Mike smiled. He turned a knob on a device on his belt, and soundlessly, a yellow portal opened behind the Warrior Human.
"I think that's your ride home. You just dug yourself a hole, dumbass, now lie in it." He pushed the Warrior Human into the portal and close it instantly.
The Warrior Human suddenly found himself in space.
-
Luckily when he had been pushed the warrior human had immediately concentrated channeling his magic inside of him to create an oxygen independency spell on himself. Well it was time for him to have a Paxan do his work for him and so he opened his mind connecting to his own magic in the necklace he had given Tonya and sent her a mental message.
Tonya do you mind doing me a favor? I gave you the necklace but now I need you to do something for me in return. It seems I need a PDG. One of the spells I put on the necklace will allow you to open a portal to where I am with the PDG Okay?†He was preparing a portal to head home.
-
Tonya was a kind girl. But she wasn't stupid. She heard the voice, and though, Maybe it's not a good idea to get involved.
Although it was beautiful, she threw the green amulet in a trash can and walked away.
-
The pens however that had been conjured without the presence of the warrior human changed. He hadn't really made exact duplicates of the pen but had imagined several different pens from his mind and used magic to make them look the same.
The necklace turned into clouds of dust and flew up into the sky before vanishing.
-
Mike had been relived of his shift, and a newer guy, James, was there when it happened, and he barely noticed anything unusual. The AM field, which was down for maintenance, was restored again.
