Species:
Humans
Coveyans: A race of medium sized bipedal avians who normally stand about six feet tall they are psychic to a small degree, only enough to read a weak willed mind. They have the highest technology of all the USSC races and are very good diplomats. They are the intermediaries of the USSC between the militaristic Maviki and the Human races.
Maviki: a strong race of bipedal reptiles, who have four legs and arms and have a jaw similar to that of a lizard. they are generally about six and a half feet tall, and eat similar things to humans. They live on the Alpha Centauri world of Qu’thod in their tong which translates into ‘Bountiful Mother’. They are physically able to speak in human languages quite well. They are also able to speak Coveyan as well. Their vocal system can handle both forms of speech as well as their own, which compromises of grunts and hisses of various tones. They are a very warlike race, with high distinction going to those who prove themselves in battle. They form strong, tight-nit clans with multiple families living on one estate. Every one of their species must go through military training at one time or another.
Together they form the United Systems and Species Coalition, or USSC
Technology:
Warp Drive: = FTL it opens a hole is space/time and goes to its destination. Shields that deflect kinetic weapons are standard. Kinetic weapons are also standard. Mostly coilguns for the humans and Maviki, as well as the rarer laser weapons of the Coveyans.
Terraforming takes at least a decade, and sometimes more depending on the planet.
The main form of laser is a weapon the uses a volatile projectile using ionized gas. This is used by the Cyeyans and sometimes the humans and Mivaki.
Humans: Mid sized ships. Use a Cantorium/Vizion alloy. The hardest known substance. Use coilguns and plasma bolts. Have shields that can use plasma bolts.
Maviki: Large, heavy ships. Use Coilguns and have shields that deflect projectiles and plasma bolts.
Coveyans: small, shielded ships with plasma based weaponry.
Archive: all sizes of robotic fighters, mechanized soldiers and vehicles. Advanced AI, as well as well as advanced laser technology allowing far more powerful laser beams than those of the USSC.
Previous History:
2013: The War on Terror collapses, with the UN coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan, but the United
Arabian Emirates comes in to deal with the terrorists.
2014: China has a massive revolution leading towards a free democracy.
2017: The US goes through a rough time of change and is challenged by both the European Union, which formed a united government, and China.
2020: WWIII erupts when the US ‘accidentally’ fires a nuke at China.
2023: WWIII Ends with China being defeated by both the US and the EU. China is severely depopulated.
2027: Israel and the many Islamic countries finally come to a peace agreement. The Jew-Islamic pact is formed.
2035: The first retro-produced dinosaur is created, much to the fear of Jurassic Park viewers everywhere. The first terraforming technology is formed.
2040: The Eastern Asian counties form a central government; the EAC (Eastern Asian Coalition) is formed.
2041: The US, EU and EAC begin to terraform the moon.
2051: The US, EU and EAC colonize the moon.
2062: The US, EU and EAC form the and central government. The United Earth Coalition, or UEC is formed, along with most every nation joins.
2072: The UEC begins to terraform Mars.
2084: The UEC begins to colonize Mars.
2135: The Maviki find their way into the Sol system. The Contact War begins.
2142: Coyevans enter the system and help create a peace tract.
2147: Present.
