Not abundant. The true unanimalised Forerunners didn't like that concept, so they did not leave Nagas.

Umm... so, they would rather be bored, than go out? That defeats their purpose of searching for things. And yes, it is abundant. A race full of gods is very abundant, considering what a god is, whether they would stay on a planet or not. And isn't Nagas the same thing as Anima? A bit confused. It says that Nagas was renamed as Anima, and then it was changed back, right? So, they're two different planets? The state of Anima is an empire of gods... that sounds a lot of gods to me.
