Seither Arkune thought he seemed earthling enough as he teleported to earth. This was not the case. Unless this was a causality collide between the future and 16th century France.
He had chosen a past host’s favorite formal attire. His pride… or fear kept him from removing his SES. Thus there was a man in a SES in a black jerkin over a white satin doublet decorated with a pattern of armillary spheres and a codpiece walking down a modern earthling street.
His masked face makes this already sore thumb of a sight even more ridiculous.
He thought nothing of the stares that accompanied each face of a person he saw as awe.
He thought about how he might have live had he been born here. A small bit of jealousness towards the other humans he saw around him. But one look at the parts per million of contaminates in the air soothed that emotion into a since of pity.
He was here for a purpose. No one with any magical aptitude would have missed the ripples he created by teleporting here. He used more energy than necessary to make his presences known. Now all he had to do was wait and see who’s curiosity peaked at his slight.
And wait he did.

Police officers came, with guns pointed out, frightened at what's happening. This kind of this hasn't happened for a long time, until some other magical dude came just a week or two ago.
He got company, alright. It was B Company. They surrounded him.
The reason why they acted like this, is because they aren't used to this kind of thing. Only military leaders know about things outside Earth.
The police and the military had their guns pointed at him.

Seither stood motionless for a long period of time deciding what the best course of action would be. Kill at this stage in his plan would be pointless. Considering the sheer amount of guns around him, He was unsure if he could predict every single shot and plan accordingly. So the best thing for him to do was simply sit.
So sit he did. This was far more interesting then anything he had personally experienced in his life. This was the first time he encountered creatures that he did not personally engineer. He looked at each officer around him using his SES’s hud. After an interpretive inspection of each one, he decide these creatures were to grotesque to be of the same race as him.
While he sat there he made loud deductions about each officer, ranging from informing the rest of the police one particular officer’s hands were trembling too much to achieve accuracy above 2.35% to pointing out that an officer’s eye are out of alignment by 3mm.
While he figured this might embarrass the officers, it did not because Seither had not used his voice box in his entire life. Just knowing the language was not enough to produce any recognizable sound.
So he actually just made sounds that were akin to a rat trying to gnaw on an electric violin hooked up to amps who were installed by a seven year old who’s intelligence is that of downs-syndrome kaka.
As you can imagine, it was both unintelligible and full of sanity reaping annoyance.
When he finished his long unsolicited dialog, he had no idea that he was not speaking English correctly until a drifting memory of a previous host rose to the top of his mind. Did he know that his voice was unusual to the point of not being language at all.
Now that he had figured out communication was impossible he decide to just enjoy being this close to the sun and how light reflected off the city’s building. Still sitting surrounded by the police officers.

The military is sick of paranormal encounters.
An officer came, not appearing to be frightened. He pointed at Seither. "You, come with me."
-
It took Seither a moment to notice that the request... well the tone was more of an order was directed at him. Seither calculated how he would have to change how he used his voice box to be understandable. Forming his repondce in his mind Seither stood up walked up to the officer and held out his hand for what could be assumed to be a handshake.
All the while he asked a question which was "Are you a dumb dog or a sly serpent?"
But it ended up sounding a little like this:
"Arrrr drew a umb doug or ah sliie serpont?"
-
"Er... Ok? Well, you are coming with me. We had enough of these strange encounters," the officer said, as he shook the hand.
-
Confident he has learned the most he can from this pitiful creature that dares call himself of the same race as he. The strange man in the old century french regalia disappears without reason. A large clang rings as the cod piece drops, like a bell notifying everyone that it has been discarded. The Cod piece is not the only thing left behind. A small round orb is left that appears to be water that is not water.
Where did this strange being go is anyone's guess...
