Empire Name: Elite Guard
Primary Race Warrior Humans
Empire Description: An organization founded within the warrior humans made up of the best soldiers, scientists and magic users that are among the warrior humans. These work to protect the Warrior Humans from behind the scenes, sort of like a secret police and try to keep their identities a secret if at all possible.
Additional Information: No Warrior Human other than one enrolled in this group knows that they exist other than the leader who of course keeps it a secret.
Territories: : A small aerial cloaked base that leads to a pocket dimension. The base itself is on Nap.

I thought the Warrior Humans were a part of the Mecheran Government now?

I think they are more of a protectorate now.

They are and they aren't. They're allowed their own government, but its sort of a puppet government controlled by the Mechera. They can elect their own leader, choose their own representatives, ect, but they are still under Mechera control. Their armies act as one with the Mechera armies, and they'd need approval to actually make a attack or go to war by the Mechera, unless they were attacked themselves and couldn't contact them. But, other than that, they operate as their own government. They can make their own laws and stuff. This would be allowed by the Mechera government, since its basically a way for them to protect their interests, and as these would work well with the Mechera military, it would be beneficial for them.
