Empire Name: The Worlds Without Boundaries

Empire Description: The WWB is a large Terrorist cell devoted to unite the Dimention under 1 government and eliminate boarders and disputes among all planets. They originaly formed on earth where they operated out of one of the ISAF's countries...After their exspantion into space and later their disappearance, the WWB changed leadership to a former ISAF Commander. Today tehy operate off of numerous planets and have the backing of many polititians.

A Small planet in the Epsilon Indi system. The WWB have for the most part urbanized it and runs training camps and its HQ off it. from space its appearance is black and red. An old ISAF planetary cloaking device helps hide the planet in times of danger...This planet is entremely out of the way and hard to find (due to its dark colors). Owned by the World Without Boundaries
