I know this is cliche but I propose there is a whole vault full of the souls of weak sages hidden on Novasia in each pyramid. 1000 per pyramid making 12,000 availible to the legacy empire.

No. Actually this is so that Avidan will become even more of a formidable foe by being able to bolster his magic use by adding in the magic of those souls once he forces them to allow himself to control them.

Another reason I was doing this was to explain the appearance of a Sage Army that I plan to make happen soon. These are souls and their bodies are incased in crystal below the pyramid. Sort of a Mage version of a Stasis field that also heals them.

Yes. If I have this see I could also use it to bargain with other groups and also give myself moderate power boosts when needed. I won't abuse this if I am allowed to have it.

Hawk, what part of no don't you understand? Really? Since when were there pyramids in the first place? The sentient life on Nosvasia wouldn't allow any foreigners to build anything. In fact, the sentient life would not allow foreigners, period. If the life that built the pyramids were native, they would be killed, as the sentient life does not allow anything man-made.
