A home would be needed for all the Narrikians that had lost their homes due to the war against Worlds Without Boundaries. So now things would be done to ensure that they could have that home. In fact one such thing was being done now as Rezick was in a ship that was headed to Teffilin.
This ship was an old ship that had been taken in for complete and total repairs. Total repairs had been done to the ship to make it better. Dietranium armor had been used to rebuild the ship. It used to be called the perception but now it was called the Divine Fury instead so that it would be better.
The elder might allow them to have a home on Terraguove or Stariana, but they would prefer Stariana instead. Stariana would be a good place as it had tons of artifacts that could be found completely. So Rezick might be allowed to have the Narrikians live there for a long while.
The ship was now using hyperspace and then arrived well outside the space of Teffilin and took the slower route. The hyperspace window had been closed once they had arrived near their destination. The ship known as the Divine Fury was flying towards the planet Teffilin. On board was Rezick, 30 CI drones and improved Paladins along with an army of enhanced Narrikians and genetic experiments.
A transmission was sent.
This is Rezick. I need to meet with the council immediately.

The Zarethian Council had recently arrived from the remnants of the WH home world. What was left. They had a hard time getting through Mechera channel checks. Makarov arrived with them.
They sent a transmission back to them. "Welcome, Rezick. The others are here as well. Same place same?"

Failure was not an option as they needed a place to build ships. With the destruction of both Nap and Shuma, the Narrikians had no place to call home except their ships. It was a tad bit of a tight squeeze to assume they could live on board their ships forever.
Of course for that very reason Rezick was on board this ship that was currently meeting with the Zarethians. A planet was needed or at least some land so they could begin having a ship factory at their disposal once more so that they would have a fleet.
“Not the same place. I would prefer it if you met on board my ship as we have a lot to discuss, a lot about Stariana and a lot about a new project the Narrikians have made.†This reply was to give a subtle hint about the genetic experiments they would be seeing. Funding would be needed as would a lot of land and a massive power source along with more dna samples that could be used.

The Zarethian elders were not a suspicous lot, but they often did this sort of thing. They only wondered what the Narrikians could want from them so soon after their last agreement. "That would be satisfactory." The transmission said.
The Zarethian Coucil, about 8 in all, teleported onto the ship in front of Rezick.
"Greetings, Rezick." The old man said.

Nodding his head at the elders Rezick groaned. “First Nap, and then Shuma. How many times will this terrorist cell target the Narrikians? If they keep it up they might soon have the Narrikians extinct. As we don’t have a place to build ships currently we are working on a new more scientific project.â€
Waiting a moment to give himself time to gauge their responses Rezick said to them “You know that the Narrikians were always good with genetic type technologies right? Well we managed to produce a major breakthrough and with your permission I will have one of them give you a demonstration. Please summon 30 of your men to this ship immediately so that I may show you just how strong a genetic experiment is compared to a regular soldier. I am prepared to sell some of them to you for a price.â€
At that a genetic experiment with black and silver fur materialized near them and it had green eyes. Around it’s hands were yellow glows and it was prepared to fight. Armed with a shock baton and a dark eclipse gun this experiment wore no body armor or anything.
“Wait for it…..†said Rezick

The Elders were curious, of course, but the Zarethians never approved of any expirements. At least not expirements on people. They summoned 30 soldiers equipped in ZPAA that surrounded the group of people. "Soldiers of the Zarethian Army. Please fight your hardest, but try not to kill this poor beast!" One of the Councilors said boldly, loudly. The soldiers looked at the beast, and they readied their fists, they had armoured gloves on.

A smirk could be seen on the face of the experiment. It was not an experiment on people but rather an experiment with DNA. This would end badly for the Zarethians and so the experiment looked at them analyzing them and their weapons for a moment. It took out a clip labelled energy disc and loaded it into the gun, the glow around both hands vanishing.
Deciding not to use the gun since that would be overkill it threw aside the gun and instead conjured a blade of dietranium in each hand, a powered sword in each hand and ran towards the Zarethians using the enhanced speed of an enhanced Narrikian to try and slash at them all.
The experiment growled something. If translated :
You all will die by mine swords
Rezick watched the expressions on the faces of the elders.

The Zarethians all dodged the sword, several puching the wrists of the monster as they didged, they punched with enough force and power to break a tank's armour. They were incredibly fast, so much so that they appeared a blur whent the suit's power capabilities are activated, which they were.

However the moment they threw the punches the monster had already dropped the swords. It caught two of them by their fists and threw them into the air, used magic to do a high jump and kicked them into two of the other Zarethians. Once that was done, it went to attack the remaining six.
It said in understandable Zarethian "Prepare for your funerals."

But before the thing could even touch them, they flipped over its head and put it in a stasis field with magic.

To make things fairer for the experiment, it hadn’t even been properly equipped to take down the Zarethians. So Rezick sighed and undid the stasis field around the experiment and said with a groan “It still needs more fine tuning before it can be put to the use I plan to use it for. Still though with your permission honored elders I would create more of these and use Stariana as the place where they are created.†The experiment had stopped and bowed before those who had conquered it.
He waited. Partially this was to gauge the responses of his allies the Zarethians but in part it was also to ensure the military got a new batch of soldiers at least until he could find some way to issue a draft without the people freaking out. It was no longer safe for teenagers to go to school, so instead they were all sent to military school of the Narrikians which was an underground bunker on Stariana.
“Also honored elders if I may be so bold, Zere is a member of Worlds Without Boundaries now. As he is a member, that puts doubt in my mind that Alexandere is a member of WWB. So please stop tailing Alexandere now that I doubt he is a member of said organization.â€
The true reasons Rezick doubted would not be disclosed to any but the oldest of the elders, and that would take place later. Once the experiments had been cloned into the millions then he would tell the Elder why he doubted it. Still though to each their own form of combat.

The Zarethians resumed their combat with the thing, all hitting it with the force to break a tank in their armour, and dancing around its blows.
The elders looked on, and replied. "I am thankful that you are doubting Alexandre. He is a good man, and he does not do anyone harm."

A new world would be needed since life on a ship did not appeal to any of the people. It had taken considerable effort on the part of both Lord Montreal and Rezick along with Arceis to calm the people down. Zere was proving to be more trouble than originally anticipated.
Any world found would likely have to be seal proofed before it could be inhabited. All Anti Fields would have to be left on 24/7 in order to keep any magic users off of the planet besides the Narrikians.
Rezick snapped his fingers and the experiment stopped moving completely. “Enough fighting for now. I wish for the experiment to borrow what your soldiers know of combat since it did not have time to borrow from our soldiers what they know of combat. Will you allow that honored elders? Also we seem to be looking for a new world since Zere attacked and destroyed Shuma.â€

The Zarethian soldiers stopped fighting the thing, jumping off from its back, and backing up into a circle around it. The Elders dismissed all but one of them, who stayed behind in his position. "Our men, are rather opposed to such creations, as is most of our race. Its a long explanation, but in short we were killed by what we think were genetic recreations. We don't know, but surely no beast as monstrous as the Lorcar could be natural." He reasoned.
"We might have found a suitable planet for exploration and settlement. We were going to settle it, but... well, I suppose we could arrange for you to have it."

Well if they did not like the genetic experiments they would like the person Rezick was about to introduce to them even less. So he sighed and said to the elders “Try to suspend your hatred for a moment of genetic creations while I introduce you to one that is more advanced than normal.â€
Smiling now he snapped his fingers.
Silan was teleported into the room in front of the elders and had a smile on his face. He was clad in a black and gold saviour armor with one of the Dark eclipse rifles in his hands.
“Hi, I am Silan.†There was no animosity for this new genetic experiment towards the Zarethians at all.

"Whatever it is, we will suspend judgement... for the moment." One said. "Please, make youreslfves comforatable, have your ships dock at the bay on our station." He pointed to a station inn the distance, which was equipped for all the docking needs, it was contacted by the solders as soon as they were notified the Narrikians were there.

Holding out his hand Rezick nodded as he used his other hand to type out the message on the data pad to have the pilot dock his ship. Still though he could not be sure they would like the genetic experiment that had been fully completed. “Honored elders I must inform you that this genetic experiment was completely made from DNA completely by means of science. It was brought to life by a large amount of science and genetic technologies.â€
“It took us a while to construct the first 76, and then this one. The new one constructed is the best we have made so far. Silan here is the pinnacle of our genetic technologies and was made because WWB knows about our weaknesses. We needed a solution to that problem so we made ourselves have a solution.â€
Silan bowed his head before the elders before holstering at his waist his dark eclipse rifle and smiling broadly at each one of them. He spoke in Zarethian and asked them a simple question. Do you mind if I copy the skills of your soldiers into my brain to make me more skilled and powerful?

They looked at him warily. "Its not a matter of it being science so much as it is sentient, and made by creatures of the galaxy. The Gods have not made them, and so they are odd." one said, as they looked on. they were worried about their other attempts at expirimentation ealrier and those failures.

The words of the Elders seemed to Silan like they were concerned about the other genetic experiments. Looking at both of them Silan said to them both “Well the only thing is that the others aren't as powerful or intelligent as I am. They have lesser duties than I do along with lesser intelligence. Further they are not as powerful as I am when I really want to fight. They weren't failures but successes at creation of genetic life forms as this is only the beginning. Soon the Narrikians will be able to use the same technology to modify their DNA so that none of the weapons that worked against them previously will work against them now.â€
Rezick approached the elder he was most familiar with. “So what do you think of Silan? He may be a creation of ours using science but he is fully intelligent and capable of his own decisions and has a brain 10x faster than that of a normal Narrikian.â€

The elder looked abit uncomfortable. "He is.. different, to say the least. But... he is born of test tubes, and has no real experience of a real life. He is a soldier, engineered to be such in a horrid way. We, as a people are against that, for that is against our God."

“We have also given him some social experiences copied from the memories of other people so that he will know how to interact with others.†said Rezick looking at Silan who wanted permission to speak freely. “May I speak freely master?â€
Rezick nodded and became quiet allowing Silan to take over the argument so that he could win it. Verbal battles were still battles and this experiment specialized in those kinds of battles at the moment.
“Elder, I will do whatever it takes to prove that I am not engineered only for combat. I do have a normal life, in fact I raise a family of genetic experiments. I raise them since they are mine to raise. As you can see I am not just a soldier. But I long for the time when Worlds Without Boundaries is but a faint memory.â€

"But you were unnaturally raised from a tube for the sole purpose of combat and protection. That is your purpose. Why else would they have made you, my odd friend? They are desperate, with great reason, and they experiment with their own genes to make themselves better for combat."

The words the Elder made got the experiment to reconsider his purposes. 77 or Silen as he preffered to be called was reconsidering his purpose. Why had he been created by the Narrikian scientists if not to protect the majority of the Narrikians? Was his true purpose only to battle and to maim and slaughter the enemies of the Narrikians or was it something greater that was his purpose. “I think they created me to make it to where they had a legacy in case they went extinct at the hands of Worlds Without Boundaries since that seems to be where WWB is headed.â€

"Legacy? You are still mortal. You will die like everyone else."

“I may not be immortal but there can be clones of me made from even the smallest bit of my DNA pattern and I am in a way immortal in that regard. Also as long as I am not fatally wounded I should survive. I am immune to most known diseases as a result of the genetics that were used in my creation.†said Silen looking at the elder. “Even though I am not immortal I am the next best thing.â€

"Thats not our point. Our point being that you are created for a sole purpose. Like a machine in a factory, or a tank, or a robot. Not as a being. We choose our own destinies. As can you." The elder stretched his arms as he tried to rub the soreness from them.

Silan could sense the soreness in the arms of the elder and so sent out a short jolt of magic into the arms of the elder. This magic would have a benevolent effect rather than a harmful namely it would ease the soreness and pain down to nothing. Truth be told Silen wasn’t sure what he would do with his life at the moment.
He did know however that WWB was a massive threat to every empire probably and so must be eliminated. Yet he could not do such a thing alone but must have aid. Who would aid him in killing WWB completely and permanently? Those idiots just couldn’t leave well enough alone it seemed.
First Nap and then Shuma had been completely obliterated by Zere at the last moment. Now the Narrikians did not have a place to stay and that was one of the reasons he had been created.
“I have chosen my destiny. Once WWB is defeated for good then I shall become a merc.â€
Nodding his head Rezick knew that was for the best. Of course Silen would be given allies from the other genetic experiments so he would still have his family. “It seems that we must prepare ourselves Elder for the new tomorrow. The group Worlds Without Boundaries has declared war upon us and I plan to see that they suffer. With your permission I will begin immediate protocols to triple or even quadruple production of military supplies.â€

"Surely you don't have to? Would it not be easier to replicate each with magic, instead of using the factories on our planets? You would surely be able to store them there, but making them require so much more effort is hardly worth it...."One Councilor remarked. The others looked at the Genetic Mutation, Silan. "We surely wish to help you in any way we can. Perhaps we could arrange for a planet for you to have?"

Destiny could not be chosen now with the current crisis that was going on for the Narrikians. No world meant that they would have to rely on their factory on Stariana until they could set up elsewhere what needed to be set up for them to continue being able to stand and fight. Aid would be needed from the Zarethians if they were to wipe out WWB completely and make sure WWB ceased existing within a reasonable time frame.
Still though hope burned bright for Silen as he began to consider the words that the elder had uttered. Words that would be considered heresy to the other genetic experiments but that made sense to him. Betraying the normal routine of the genetic experiments had landed him this job as a general of the Narrikian special forces genetic experiment division and his own force to command.
The terrorists that had attacked likely would attack again though as he knew they could not be stopped by ordinary Narrikian measures. No a new strategy must be made if WWB is to be beaten. But what strategy could be made to conquer WWB so that they would no longer be a threat? Hopefully with his brain which worked faster than a super computer he could bring WWB to their knees as he was one of the more intelligent genetic experimentations.
While considering the fate of his people, the mind of Rezick wandered back to what his parents had told him. The offer of the elders was generosity itself so that he would have a home and so would all the Narrikians. One less thing to weigh on his conscience later when he killed WWB in the most brutal fashion that he knew how to do. “Yes, a planet would be helpful at this time.â€
His home had been desolated by the time he had returned and his family was found suspended in the air by an enemy magic user. The enemy magic user had challenged him to a fight to the death. Being as arrogant as he was at the time Rezick had launched his most powerful attack of magic at the enemy but it didn’t even phase him. It was too late however as the enemy had already launched an attack but then suddenly a flash of intellect had struck Rezick informing him of exactly what he needed to do. Not relying on his magic he used his enhanced speed and strength to pummel the enemy so hard and fast it broke down the barriers and threw him off guard. Once he had defeated the guy his parents had rebuked him for not thinking before fighting. Intelligence and not weaponry was what won the battle in the end.That memory made him think of how he could be intelligent and beat WWB without resorting to excessive overkill measures to take them out of the equation. How could he perform the task of eliminating them when burdened with other people who needed to be protected from harm as well?
Duplicating the stuff with magic would make it easier to some degree but would actually take longer considering how many troops were currently indisposed because of the attacks. Still though it was worth a shot and worth considering. Later he would speak with the council about it and see what could be done. His CI appeared in front of him as a hologram.
“Sir, I have received dynabit transmission from Elemora. It seems that WWB is there and one of their operatives is attacking the planet.†Scowling now as he received the much unwelcomed news Rezick looked. “Show me.â€
The CI could not show him as it did not have hologram projectors in it’s current CI drone form. But it did explain the situation to him as best it could and made sure that he knew what was going on. Clarity struck Rezick as he now knew what course of action had to be taken.
“I am sending all magic user Narrikians to Stariana immediately to begin duplication in huge numbers of our supplies. Cloning technologies are now top priority. Any spells that can create soldiers are also top priority. Drone soldiers must now be mass produced. Uggh of all the times for Zere to come out of hiding why did he have to choose now?â€
Looking at the elders with a calm expression Silen was not nearly as panicked as Rezick was currently. After all he had not experienced as much as Rezick had during the course of his life time. Materializing a pot of chamoile tea mixed with apple for flavor he said to the council “Sometimes Rezick has panic problems. Also on behalf of him I will accept your offer of a planet since we do need a world and currently he is too panicked to do much in the way of negotiations.†T

The elder looked at his arm strangely, but took little notice of the receding pain. "We are honored that you are ready to accept our offer. Please, in light of these arrangements, we offer you a feast of food, for your whole fleet if you wish. We can celebrate our growing bonds. And we will fund you in any way you need, of course." The Elders smiled gently, hoping to placate the panicked Rezick.

The words of the elder did placate the worried Rezick but so did the tea that he had taken a cup of and was drinking. The combined affect got him back to normal at least as close to normal as he could be at the moment. Looking at the elder now he listened to the words spoken. This man was an ally to his people the Narrikians in many ways as he had helped them more than he could possibly realize. So honoring him by attending the feast might be the wisest decision.
Quizzically Silen looked at the elder and sent him a telepathic message. Thank you for agreeing to fund us in what ever ways we need. Currently we need a lot more metal, wires and computer parts. And we also need more technicians. Also we are running short on researchers. We have the K-Archive at our disposal and so we are trying to study every secret. After that Silen ended his telepathic communication with the elder so that the elder would not be intruded on in his mind.
“Sure. I would enjoy going to the feast. So would the entire crews of every ship so we can change them out for fresh crews. A vacation is always good but we would have to have the fleet on standby with a fresh crew and do this in shifts if we are to do it since our fleet must retain their vigilance. We are currently hunting for the home base of WWB so we can wipe them out all at once at the source. With that accomplished then I can finally put down the burden of command until the next terrorist cell pops up to wreak havoc and cause well basically annoyance, irritation and frustration for the Narrikians.â€

The elder nodded. "We will feed you all the supplies you need through the proper channels of trade. The proprieties of the feast shall be ready within twenty four hours if you need time to gather your crews for the feast."

"Do I have permission to bring my own security detail or should I give them time off from the duties they will be performing for the next few months?" That question was an honest one as Rezick was unsure if he should bring his security detail into this kind of thing or if he could afford to leave them out of it.
Also Silen has requested permission to come to this feast but requests that he be allowed to come fully equipped in case of any trouble that should arise. On another note Aether is quite the genius with technological items and magic. I am considering promoting him to one of the head scientists among the Narrikians if he wants that promotion. He would be paid quite a lot more than a normal scientist since he helped with a lot of problems.
Unsure of what to do next Rezick looked at the elder. "The feast can start whenever you are ready." He took out his communicator and ordered a recall of the defensive forces on Elemora effective immediately so that it could be done. Now he waited for a response from the elder.

"You can bring them as guards, but at lest bring them to eat as well. They deserve it. Silan can come as well, on the condition that he doesn't start any trouble. And I'm sure that Aether would greatly appreciate the honor. The feast will begin in two hours."

Silen looked insulted for a moment. The elder thought he would cause problems during the feast. “With all due respect I would not cause problems anyway and so I see no reason for you to make conditions.â€
Rezick nodded his head and Silen told him of what was going on inside of Japae at the moment as Silen had a telepathic link with Lord Montreal currently. “Good. The more drones and others ready the less the Narrikians need to be involved in this matter of a war. I will bring the guards and let them eat. A time off is good for everyone.â€

"It is only a precaution. We don't know anything about you, so we must be careful, friend Silan." One elder spoke out smoothly. "We are honoered to have you at our tables, so to speak." He told Rezick.

Bowing his head before the elders Silen nodded. He looked them over and decided to give them a gift, but what gift could he give them. "Honored Elders. The next genetic experiment made will be given to you to do with as you see fit."
Rezick nodded, and patiently waited.

They shuffled uncomfortably in their places, glancing from one to the other. They started whispering to themselves, and finally came up with an answer.
"I'm sorry, but we do not... approve of such things. Giving them to us would undoubtedly stunt the potential that they could benefit you, who need it more." One said diplomatically.

?The reason I was offering one to you was so one would have a chance to live with a different empire. To be raised differently and trained differently than the normal ones. In short that one would be trained by your military and taught at your schools and what not. He or She would be raised as a Zarethian citizen so that at least one experiment would have more experience with other empires.? Those words cut to the crux of the matter that Silen was trying to get the members of the Zarethian Council to allow to happen.

"But she wouldn't be one of us, nor would she look like us. We shun your kind, no matter their true nature, due to our past experiences. Its more of a bias, actually. In short she would not receive full training nor the full experience as a Zarethian." The elder said.

Little did the elders know that Rezick had plans to make an unstoppable army of soldiers. Combining all the facets of the powered armor the Zarethians used along with more dietranium and other things Rezick had plans of his own. What would happen is that he could achieve his plans so that he could stop the terrorist cell Worlds Without Boundaries from existing completely. Worlds Without Boundaries was a problem for him.
Still without aid of any variety Rezick could not perform much. So he would have to enjoy the feast. Relaxing for a bit would prove to be good for him in the long run so that he could improve his skills. The only problem was that Harrisia and the others had not gotten back. He would wait for them possibly so that he can get his mission done.
"Are we going to enjoy this feast?"

"Yes, we should all enjoy the feast. But, it will be ready in a day so, it would be wise to get some rest." An elder smiled.

The feast offered by the Zarethian Elders was something that might help a lot as it turned out. Since it would give the people a drive to succeed like never before in life as they would be motivated. Motivation was a key aspect of keeping the people in check and under control. The fleet would not be attending though and only Rezick and Silen and Katrina knew why. Katrina was off world currently working on new projects to better equip the genetic experiments since they were the ones that owned Zed.
In the mean time this feast would help Rezick and his elite unwind to some degree anyway. Only his ship the Phoenix, an Excel class supercapital had remained behind when the Narrikians had left. Of course since they had left he had to crew his ship with genetic experiments.
"Honored Elders, while the Narrikians may have for the most part left the dimension until they can come up with a tech to counter WWB I myself must remain behind for the time being. I do hope though that since I am now the ruler of an empire, namely the ruler of the genetic experiment military we can get to be on better terms. Aether has his promotion set in stone if he wants it. Also it has come to my attention that Worlds Without Boundaries is becoming a headache to the Narrikians, part of the reason they left." These words were meant to delay something from happening.
"Silen. Fetch me the recording. The one where Alexandere gives his confession."
At that Silen teleported away. The moment he returned he held a tape recorder in his hands and pressed play. Words from Alexandere were spoken from the recorder in the voice of Alexandere."I am not a part of Worlds Without Boundaries. Why would I align myself with that terrorist cell?"
"As you can see, he denounces them." The words spoken by Silen were filled with contempt for worlds without boundaries.
"But on a lighter note, can we start the feast already?"

OOC: Sorry for the long wait, Hawk.
The elders looked on them with favor. "It is our honor to accept you to our feast, where we will be able to get along on better terms than we already have. It is a shame that the Worlds Without Boundries have forced your people to flee from the universe, but we cannot do anything to a cell that we cannot find. On the note of Aether, he would enjoy the promotion within the Narrikian unit and that would come to symbolize the trust and esteem that we, the Zarethians and you, the Narrikians hold for one another. It will symbolize the bond between our two species and our two governments." The speaking member paused for a moment to catch his breath. Another stepped forwards and with open arms declared: "Let the feast begin!"
In the meeting hall a large table appeared, stacked high with all kinds of delicious treats for the taking. Golden goblets held assorted liquids of various colors.
The elders sat down at the chairs and beckoned for Silen and Rezick to sit and join them.

?No worries though. Eventually the Narrikians will return to this universe and deal with the problem of WWB so that they can handle it themselves once they grow strong enough.? At that Rezick picked up a fork and a spoon, setting it upon a plate and then he put the fork and spoon levitating in the air as he loaded his plate with food. Putting the plate down Rezick removed a vial designed with chemicals to detect for known poisons and poured it on the food. Nothing changed about the food which meant it was clean. On the other hand Silen grabbed a hamburger off of the buffet and began to sit and eat it while keeping his eyes surveying the room. It seemed he could never allow himself to relax even for a moment.
?As the last Narrikians in this dimension, we view it time to deal with the problem. As such we have taken technology from another empire, combined it with some radical science and come up with something new. But we can't show that project to you yet as the less who know about it the better.? said Silen once he had finished eating. He had received a telepathic communication from Katrina telling him about Zed and to take Rezick there if it was convienient.
?Now if you will excuse me honored elders I must depart but I hope Rezick will make good company for you.? At that Silen promptly teleported back aboard his ship and began to pack his bags so he would be ready to leave.

"Goodbye, dear Silen. We hope to meet you again." Said one of the elders pleasantly, a dramatic change of tone from before. The elders continued to eat and consume food and drink.
"Rezick, I hope you are enjoying the feast?" one elder asked him politely.

Aether's eyes lit up in excitement over the new outfit and weapon. Yet another thing to put to the test, he thought. "I would be honored to accept this gift." He said, bowing his head slightly to Silen even though he didn't know exactly who he was.
The elders were eating at their various places. The one that spoke to Rezick nodded and smiled benignly at him before returning his view to his plate.
