Empire Name: New Xanacorian Empire (The NXCE, New XCE, New K)

Empire Description: In 2043, the Xanacorian Empire underwent a change of leadership and entered a complete lock down. Everyone within Japan was exiled from the rest of the universe. Nobody has heard or seen from the Xanacorian Empire since. While Japan was left in lockdown, its other planets were left without leadership, abandoned by the Xanacorian government. One of the highest generals in the Xanacorian Empire took command of some of the lost people of the Xanacorian Empire who were not from Japan. They began constant migration from planet to planet, looking for resources, until they finally found an abandoned planet that would support the population. There, they settled and began to build a government under the rule of Mokai..
Flash forward five later. It turns out, there were natives on the planet. The New Xanacorian People managed to push the natives out of the base camps for much time. After the first city on the planet was built, defenses were strong enough to prevent intrusion. However; loyalists to the old government who opposed the New Xanacorian Government rebelled against the radical empire by breaking the shields around the city and allowing the natives in. Chaos reigned in the streets of the city of K. Forces fought against the loyalists and natives, but in the end Mokai decided withdraw was the only option. Most everyone teleported away, while Mokai and a chosen one hundred chosen by lottery boarded a New Xanacorian Ship and took off.
Inside the ship (“Kxcnmâ€), the one hundred or so survivors wondered. It was decided that the best thing to do would be to search for others who had been abandoned by the old government. Kxcnm entered hyperspace to another galaxy to find Xanacorian survivors on planets outside of the Milky Way.
The K Outpost was a space station that had been created before the fall of the Xanacorian Government for research. After a long journey, the Kxcnm arrived at the K Outpost and found about thirty people living there from the original Xanacorian government. After a long debriefing regarding the last five years, it was revealed that those within the galaxy had been fighting Nyx loyalists trying to restart the war effort.
Most of the galaxy had been abandoned after the war with the Nyx. That left the survivors from Nyx to rule the galaxy. The Nyx remains had banded under the name, “Nodec Empire†and were using their status to create their own perfect galaxy. The K Outpost had joined with other survivors, including Xanacorian survivors in the galaxy, to fight the Nodec, but were severely loosing.
The New Xanacorian Empire supplied the Nodec Empire weapons aboard the ship and took a few passengers, vowing to return to pick up more people. The Kxcnm had a new mission. Evacuate the resistance from the galaxy and regroup in the Milky Way to gain tactical support. However; when leaving the galaxy, the Kxcnm was attacked by the Nodec.
The Nodec shot the Kxcnm's hyperdrives. The Kxcnm were trapped. They were loosing, and their ship was about to be shot down. Everyone aboard the ship was ordered to teleport via magic to the resistance planet. The Kxcnm was destroyed.
The New Xanacorian Empire quickly became the government for the people on the resistance planet. The population now was well over a thousand, but they were in war and had no spacecrafts. And they were trapped in the galaxy with no idea where the Milky Way was, preventing them from possibly teleporting back to the Milky Way.
Mokai made it a top priority to begin investigating into creating space technology, though this would be a very long task. The space station contained blue prints for an old K Empire class of ships, but the ships did not have intergalactic hyperdrives. It was up to the intellect of the New Xanacorian Empire scientists to build new hyperdrives as a new ship was built and a war was fought.
...Now, five years later, what has become of the New Xanacorian Empire?

Document Of Formation
On this day of 2043, the communication with those who we call parents in government has been lost for unknown reasons. Survival, in such conditions, is impossible without change. Change is necessary when information changes, as has occurred today. Thus, the goal of this document is to bring change. In such, this document is the survival of the Xanacorian Empire.
Our formation is unofficial at the time by all means. It is up to those who have formed to make it official on behalf of the parent government. This document is designed to make our formation official. We must uphold the justice of our former selves so that our future selves may exist.
And let it be known to all nations on this day that this document is not a trial of faith. This document is not a trial of science. This document is not a trial of knowledge. This document is not a trial of any kind of battle, but it is a means of existing in order.
This document is a continuation of a former existence. At the same time, this document is a new existence without breaking the continuation from the last. This document serves as the bridge between these two existences. This document is not to be misused or misinterpreted as a throwing down of the old ways of our government, but to stand as a means of declaring what must be so.
Order is necessary in any kind of way for there to be existence. Without order, there is chaos. Without chaos, there is also order, though when the two are combined there can be order in a somewhat chaotic means without exceeding unreasonable standards. If we exist undeclared, then there is no order, bringing chaos to those of us who write this document, which can not be if we hope to exist as men and women we are to be by the standards set forth originally by the first leader of this empire, K2323, bridged to the Xanacorian Empire, bridged to us.
Across this bridge, we call ourselves the New Xanacorian Empire, and the New XCE Empire, and the NXCE, and the new K, and whatever else may see fit to do our existence justice in representation. Our name also serves as a bridge between what it represents and the old government. Our existence is in both. However; primarily we exist to live, and so primarily we are of the New Xanacorian Empire at this time until disbanding of the name and the tearing of the bridge with nobody on the other side, nor anything on the other side.
