Title: Plot (Lengthened Topic)
Post by: K2 on October 28, 2010, 03:42:23 PM
Warning: The following page is excruciating   long. Attempting to read it without break may make you go temporarily   blind from staring at a computer screen too long. For a much shorter   version, please see this (http://galacticempires.raylon.org/index.php?topic=62.0) topic. It is recommended that you enjoy the following content with a cold drink in a relaxed environment if possible.

Pre-Content Introduction/A Letter From The Author
You've all been waiting for this. The  day that we write up in complete  detail the plot of Shattered Planes.  We've been working on this for  years, after all. The indepth plot here  itself is something we've been  working on in our spare time (mainly Hikaru and me with help from  others such as Nisorin and Koty) for the last six months or so. The  content, as I'm sure you'll find, is rather entertaining and the truth  is that about 90% of it was actually roleplayed, the rest being  backstory.

Since 2006, we've been RPing here. Well, not HERE. SP  actually started in June 2006 (June 12 or so, I believe) on a now dead  message board named CLTCG. It was under the name of "Opposing Kingdoms"  back then. It's lived on since then in many different forms with many  different administrators. Now, it's time you all know what that  roleplaying has entailed. What it's been about.

I'm only  releasing Part 1 right now. Part 2 needs some more editing and we  haven't even started writing Part 3 yet. We'll be releasing those parts  as soon as possible. However; I'm sure you'll find that Part 1 will be  more than enough reading material for some time. Until then, bare with  us.

Oh, and one more thing. This indepth plot may be indepth but  it's not as indepth as we'd like it to be. Each section is only a brief  summary of some of the more major plot events. Truth be told, each  section could, with minor exaggeration, be the size of a novel. There's  about 70 sections in Part 1 and 2 combined total. That's about 70  potential novels. So, you see, we couldn't possibly have written up  really detailed events of the plot and have it released this year (I  think it'd take us decades to write the OK in novel form).

Now,  this is almost entirely written from memory of past events. There has  been very minor editing when editing was needed (we removed rips and  what not -- or at least tried) and this plot doesn't cover EVERYTHING.  I don't remember half of the OK, really. What I did remember (and what  others, like Hikaru, remembered) is included here or in the next few  parts. Also, some events may be exaggerated or may have happened a bit  differently, but you know, it's nothing too big. As far as you're  concerned, this is the indepth plot.

Well, I  hope you enjoy. Again, please give Hikaru, Nisorin, Gaserlake, Kai,  Koty, Emily, and whoever else I may be forgetting a big hand. Also, you  guys deserve a hand yourselves. After all, you helped RP it. Finally,  I'd like to applaud all the roleplayers who helped RP it but can't be  here for one reason or another to cherish our success. There's so many  -- Logan (he still gets on occasionally), Derek, Virus.exe/Eric,  Xanacore, Mia, The Purple Thumb, Winter/Brandie, Xana Kawaii Angel, and  the list goes on longer than I can count.

Introducing...

Shattered Planes
A roleplay of life, curiosity, and magic.

Part One
Opposing Kingdoms Saga

I. Completion:
For more info, see the following topic: http://shatteredplanes.com/index.php?topic=2057.0 (http://shatteredplanes.com/index.php?topic=2057.0)

It started with a race unlike anything we know now or anything we will   come to know. The ideas of dimensional planes -- the worlds we inhabit   -- and such had no meaning to this race in this realm... It was a  place  merely known as the North full of superbeings and the like,  capable of  things far beyond the power of today's Sage or Relorian...  These beings  were known as Perfection. They lived in the Beautiful  North in harmony.

These  beings got bored with their perfect  existence, so they went out into  that which existed, leaving the north  into the white emptiness which  they called the Middle. They knew of  three other realms where they'd  come from, all in different  directions, but recalled nothing of life  there. Bored of their futile  existence, they used their remarkable  power of Creation to create life  in the East and West and, abandoning  their homes in the North, went to  live with their creations.

The  creations, the imperfect saw  that these creators were so much more  powerful and demanded that they  themselves be granted power. And so,  the Perfect granted the Imperfect  the power of Destruction. Using this  power, the Imperfect rose up and  rebelled against the Perfect. So began  the war between the east, where  the perfect gathered, and the west,  where the imperfect gathered. The  war would have been the end of all,  but the perfect, seeing their  demise in sight, gave life to abstract  ideals, giving up all the  powers they had but two: Creation and  destruction. These were the two  embodiments not created, the powers the  perfect retained.

Following the end of the war, only one  survived, besides the  embodiments who were awaiting a leader to rise up  from the Perfect. A  half-breed. Half-perfection, half-imperfection.  This gave birth to a  new concept... Completion. The embodiment of  completion, his birth  gave power to, and he rose up as leader of the  embodiments, and new  life was made by the embodiments over and over,  eventually the east  and west being destroyed. The embodiments ruled in  the middle and,  with completion, developed land there. Three realms  were created for  the embodiments to roam in.

On the negative  side of the  middle, there was the land of fire, hell as it would  eventually be  called. On the positive side, there was a realm of wonder  and a realm  of mystery and beauty. The embodiments roamed these three  realm...  Completion, on the other hand, ruled the north. But he never  forgot  about the Perfect and Imperfect, even going as far as to create   spirit-less bodies in their image, the first generation of the   Incomplete (angels). The incomplete served him well..

But  then,  they met other embodiments, and new ideals fueled their head.  Even a  few brave ones thought about trying to take the power of  Complete. But  none ever dared... Until Compete, wanting a brother --  someone to call  kin -- ripped his very essence in two. One half  Creation, the last of  the Perfect, and the other Destruction, last of  the Imperfect.

Destruction  and Creation ruled as the  leaders of the embodiments in harmony for  years, but Destruction  watched as Creation began to create races with  the help of the  embodiments to live side-by-side them all. Destruction  did not  understand the embodiments, created by the Perfect all those  years  ago. Why did they want to create? Destruction wanted to destroy.  Which  is why he volunteered when Creation approached him.

You   see, the Incomplete's foolish ideals eventually spread to the living.   In a great thunderstorm that spread to all living beings, cleansing   their souls, evil was spread. The thoughts of the Incomplete were   spread by the rain from the North. Perfection, sensing evil spreading   to his people, went to Destruction and spoke of a way to rid the evil   of existence. Condemn evil to the long-forgotten South. Destruction   took on the mission of ridding evil of life, by leading the rebellion.

The embodiments knew what this war entailed... But the living knew none   the wiser. As religion after religion developed, the embodiments were   dubbed by the living as gods. The embodiments did not try to correct   them. They played the part of gods.

II. Dimensions And Sin Of Mortals:
(For more info on the concept of dimensions, see the wiki article. (http://galactic.wikia.com/wiki/Dimension))

There were two dimensions which contained life. One was the dimension   of the humans. Mortals, those who lived on Earth. They would grow for   years, oblivious to anyone besides themselves. This was a race of   mortals who could not hope to understand the wonders of the universe,   but which would grow strong with intellect. Those on the planet Earth   would thrive and grow old, and watch as their children follow in their   footsteps.

And then, there was other life.. Another dimension.  A  dimension of landscape similar to Earth, but with no stars, no  space,  and no science. While everything in the dimension of humanity  was built  on logic, everything in this other dimension was built on  magic. The  life here practiced the manipulation of this magic.. This  was a  dimension of wizards, witches, and mages -- almost all of which  could  be summed up into one name: Sage.

Neither of the two  dimensions  knew of each other.. But they both existed. As mortals  would grow, so  would sages. Neither would be aware of each other for  quite some time.  And even knowing that someone else is in a room with  you doesn't mean  you can interact with them. Even if they had known of  each other, there  would be no hope of traveling the borders between  dimensions for many,  many years.

Time passed differently between the two dimensions, because time was   different. There were times when a second would go by in the mortal   dimension and in the same amount of time, two hundred years would have   been lived in the sage dimension. There were other times when one   second would pass the same for both dimensions. Nature was quite a   funny thing in this regard.

But things were not funny for all   people everywhere.. The fallen of Erebus, those who had been trapped  in  the South realm by Creation, now were in agony, as was "Him". As  beings  now of corruption, they needed malicious chaos and sin,  wrong-doing, to  be satisfied. It was because of this need for sin to  exist that "Him"  sent 'Lucifer' to the dimensional plane to introduce  sin to the  dimensions.. They would strive off of darkness, and man  would fall to  it.

He started on Earth. There, he let the darkness envelop the hearts of man.

III. Sin Of Sages / Scientific Understanding:

Lucifer  arrived in the Sage Dimension to find that time passed differently  there. He had a vague amusement by sages and how they lived.. And so,  he introduced war to the people and watched as societies began to fall.  Sin entered the dimension.. And sages became sinners, just as humanity  had become. There, sages existed, not knowing of the concept of  dimensions at all.

Fascinated with the way things worked, sages  now began to explore the fabrics of life more, even going as far as to  cross moral boundaries. Many societies began to devote themselves to  the understanding of things around them. Others devoted themselves  further to magic. It was in these days that witchcraft and such things  became somewhat dark as many witches went as far as to try to raise the  dead, becoming necromancers.

Scientific communities rarely went  into much depth of science itself. Seeing the lack of observation in  existence as a bad thing, some sages came together to form a group to  try and protect everyone. While the group's primary goal was to act as  a sort of moderation of evil in life, group members often devoted  themselves to furthering scientific understanding. Because of this, the  guardians acquired many of the greatest scientists in the dimension.

A  theory eventually came about of dimensions and a proposal that there  WAS another dimension somewhere, perhaps with life. The theory was very  limited at the time. It was often dismissed as a silly thought by some  scientists, though others relished the idea and devoted themselves to a  way of breaking the borders of dimensions and traveling across  dimensions. Many of the scientists who tried the latter were  Guardians.. and eventually, a young sage who tried combining the  scientific knowledge of the theory of dimensions with magic succeeded  in traveling to the mortal dimension, where a very young humanity was  discovered.

After the guardians successfully traveled to the  mortal dimension, they made sure to keep dimensional travel a  well-guarded secret. They were the only ones who knew dimensional  travel was real, and they intended to keep it that way. However; as the  work of the Guardians got to be more and more about dimensions,  protecting the dimension became an almost impossible goal. Finally, a  decision was made.

The Guardians were split into three  divisions. One division would remain positioned as the protectors of  sage-kind. A second group, made up primarily of a group which had  disabled their ability to use magic and devoted themselves entirely to  science, would travel to the mortal dimension where they would make a  permanent outpost and introduce certain scientific (and religious)  ideals to humanity (this group would later be known as the Aralangs).  The third group would experiment with creating other dimensions and  exploring the dimensional plane, and would eventually succeed in  creating a new dimension made entirely for the HQ of the Guardians.

However; the Guardians would remain the only ones aware of the dimensions for a long, long time..

IV. The Two Tribes / Eter Empire
The  Glacian Valley was an area in the Sage Dimension which was mostly  uninhabited. There were two tribes in the area -- the Suvian and the  Egallan. The two shared customs and trade, and basically were the only   government partners of the other. The two tribes both followed some   kind of ancient moral code of sorts which dictated behavior of  empires.  The code was almost sacred to each tribe.

The Suvian  eventually published a document of content that violated the moral  code. This cease of relationship would result in a war between the two  tribes, also known as the Eter War.  After several years of war, the  Suvian Tribe decided to cut their  losses and flee the Glacian Valley,  leaving its entirety to the Egallan  Tribe, which would result in the  formation of the Eter Empire.

The Eter Empire would proceed to  expand its territory far past the valley. They grew in numbers and  strength as they expanded. Eventually, the Eter Empire grew from a  small tribe to a full-fledged empire with several cities. Soon, much of  the dimension would fall under the rule of the Eter Empire.. And so, an  emperor was declared leader of the Eter Empire.

V. Suvian Nomads
Following  the Eter War, the Suvian people fled south of the valley to a nearby  mountain  range where they eventually settled. It was upon being  visited by a Christian missionary that most of the population  converted. Upon conversion, the  Suvian people eventually came to the  realization of the concept of dimensions.  They began a quest to gain  more information on this concept, and sent  out people to research the  concept. Eventually, they discovered  evidence of the Guardians.
Upon  discovering the Guardians existence, they began a series of   experiments to reach another dimension.. Eventually, they succeeded  and arrived in the Mortal Dimension.

VI. First Genesis-Phoenix War

North  of the borders of the Eter Empire, there existed two rival parties.  Dragons and Phoenix both took humanoid shapes but could change to their  true forms at will. The two 'sub-races' were frequently at war. One  group of dragons who had discovered a powerful magic called Genesis  existed as a military society, separated into Twelve Tribes, each with  leaders called 'Genesis Generals.' The Phoenix, meanwhile, mostly  belonged to a society known as the Phoenix Kingdom.

After much  rivalry between the two parties, war eventually broke out. It consisted  of many long and bloody battles. Eventually, in an effort to end the  war, the Genesis Generals declared a meeting to be held at a secret  location that only they should know. Each General was instructed to  bring only one lieutenant along with them to the meeting.

Far  onto a mountain long away from the main sight of the war, the Generals  convened. Somehow, the Phoenix discovered the location of the meeting  and took this as an opportunity to kill all the Generals at once. A  battle broke out, but the Genesis Generals were out-numbered. After a  bloody massacre, only one General survived.

This General would  be imprisoned inside a Phoenix Kingdom jailcell. The Genesis society  crumbled.. And so began many hard years for the Genesis society, and a  time of success for the Phoenix Kingdom.

VII. Sealing Of "Him"
Durring  the First Genesis-Phoenix War, Lucifer was very interested in the  battles. For years now, he had been in the Sage Dimension, watching as  wars broke out. This was one of the most interesting of wars to him. He  even met one of the Genesis Generals (the one who would survive in the  later massacre of generals) and spent time at his base. To Lucifer, it  was like personal entertainment.

Sometime during the war, "Him"  created a rift in the dimension and was able to rise temporarily from  Erebus. He was angered that Lucifer had been gone for many years and  had come to see to it that Lucifer was brought back to Erebus. When  sages saw how terrifying "Him" was, they knew he had to be stopped.  Lucifer took the worrying of sages and used it to his advantage,  gathering the strongest of sages to help attempt to kill "Him".

There  were four who united in battle against "Him", those being the Genesis  General (the one who would survive the First Genesis-Phoenix War),  Lucifer, a man named Chaos, and a young man named Zeridan (or as he  would later be called, "Zere").  The combined force of their unique  powers created a new kind of magic called Revelation Magic. With the  power of Revelation Magic, these four -- who would call themselves  among names such as guardians (not the same guardians as those who had  broken the dimensional borders) or Keepers -- sealed "Him" into what  they thought would be an eternal slumber in the depths of the plasma  ocean of Erebus.

VIII. The Great War
Many  races existed in the Mortal dimension, but they all mostly kept to  themselves, secluded on their own planets. However; after the arrival  of the Guardians and later arrival of the Suvian, many races began to  explore the stars with inner-stellar technology. Tension in the  universe began to build as empires began to ally with other empires.  Alliances were made. In the same manner, enemies were made.

After  much tension in the universe, war finally broke out, with empires  taking one of two sides. The Guardians/Aralangs tried to stop the  fighting, but it only got worse. Many lives were lost. The war was one  of the bloodiest ones that the dimension ever saw. It would also set  the stage for territorial borders throughout the universe. After this  war, empires made sure not to cross paths with other empires in the  galaxy, lest another war break out.

IX. Second Genesis Phoenix War
Following  the release of the surviving Genesis General from the prisons of the  Phoenix Kingdom, hope spread amongst the scattered and neglected  dragons of Genesis. Many begin to gather and travel with the Genesis  General. Eventually, it was decided that a new Kingdom should be  created by the Genesis dragons, and the Genesis General was elected  king. This was the birth of the Genesis Kingdom, a Kingdom which  eventually would be declared an city-state with independence within the  Eter Empire.
"Him" reawakened sometime in the year before the Second Genesis Phoenix War (http://galactic.wikia.com/wiki/Second_Genesis_Phoenix_War).  However; he had no memory of his former life. Upon awakening, he was  not in Erebus, but in the Genesis Kingdom.  He made his life there as  an alchemist, starting his own potion shop.  Not worrying about his  past, he grew acustom to his life there.
He was friendly with the  locals, and they befriended him. He  took on the name of Ararus. He  began receiving regular customers. He  was almost a doctor of sorts,  fixing medical potions. He had a real  unique ability for mixing  potions not seen by other alchemists in the  Kingdom.
He was also  a great sage. His powers were amazing, and he  practiced every day.  Life was great, and he lived to help others; Such  a different life  than his former one. All, perhaps, because his memory  was gone.. But  things would soon change. . He would receive a visit  from a cute,  young girl.. One who would change his life..
The young girl was  out of breath when she arrived at Ararus's  shop. She was tired, but  she managed the words she needed to  pronounce.. Her fiance had been  kidnapped by rebels who had taken him  into the Genesis Forest  surrounding the Genesis Kingdom. With his destination known, Ararus   grabbed his coat and set off on a saga to find this young girl's   fiance..
Actually, it wasn't much of a saga at all. In the  Genesis  Forest, Ararus found the man who had been kidnapped tied to a  tree.  Near the tree sat masked 'rebels' around a camp fire. With all   probability, these rebels were planning to extract the man's Genesis  Magic to sell. Genesis Magic was very powerful, and many people  probably wanted it.
It was no problem for Ararus to defeat these  rebels. A very  short battle later, Ararus and the man who had been  kidnapped were on  the way back to the Genesis Kingdom. However; before  they even left the  forest, they were stopped by a man sitting in a  tree. The man seemed to  have an interesting power known as Flash  Magic, which Ararus knew to be common to District 23, a group of rebels  in the Genesis Kingdom with no Genesis Magic.
This man, Zeridan,  introduced himself.. He commented that Ararus's magic was not ordinary.   Finally, he invited Ararus to join District 23.. And off he went. And   so did Ararus, back to the Genesis Kingdom, almost forgetting the   encounted with Zerdian.. Almost, that is, until he received another   visit. An even greater one.
He was back at his potion shop,  mixing a potion, only minutes  after returning from his adventure in  the Genesis Forest. He heard the  door to his shop open. He turned to  learn the identity of his new  visitor.. The Genesis King.. How  remarkable. What a visitor this was! What did the King want with  Ararus?
The King merely commented that he had gained intel that  Ararus  had met the one called Zerdian. The King informed Ararus that  Zerdian  was, indeed, a member of District 23. He also warned Ararus.  Warned him  how dangerous District 23 was. Ararus took this to heart,  but when  asked if Zerdian had mentioned anything regarding it, Ararus  denied  everything.. The King left, with nothing more to say..
A  peaceful, sunny day. A guest arrived, the first of the day. He had   traveled a great distance to get to the Genesis Kingdom and demanded   the Kingdom Guard to allow him to give the King an invitation.. He was   granted permission and taken to the Genesis Palace. Once there, he  gave the Genesis King an invitation of sorts.
The invitation was  from the Eter Empire regarding a conference of peace. Upon receiving  the invitation, the Genesis King ordered a drafting of the Genesis  Royal Guard. Men began to be selected by the Genesis Military Drafting  Command.. And one of the men selected was Ararus. Ararus  was commanded  to come to the Palace, along with the others drafted, and  stay in the  Royal Guard Wing of the Palace for a week before the Guards  departed;  They would undergo training every day to prepare for the  mission of  escorting the King to the Eter Nation capital.
However; during the  week before the departure, men who had been  drafted began to die in  their sleep. After a series of odd dreams, it  began to dawn on Ararus  that he may be the cause of these deaths. After  a long week of  conflict, the Genesis King confronted Ararus, revealing  indeed that  Ararus had caused the deaths.. And the Genesis King helped  Ararus  control what he called his "Demon Spirit" which caused the  deaths.
Finally,  as the week ended, it was time. The group would soon depart to the  forest and begin teleporting (or instantly traveling with magic over  great distances). However; as they reached the treeline of the Genesis  Forest,  they heard a great explosion from behind them. They turned to  see smoke  coming.. From the Genesis Kingdom. So marked the start of  the first  battle in the Second Genesis Phoenix War (http://galactic.wikia.com/wiki/Second_Genesis_Phoenix_War).
After  the first battle in the Second Genesis Phoenix War, Ararus was   selected as a soldier to fight in the Phoenix Kingdom. He was put in a   battalion instructed not to teleport to the Phoenix Kingdom, but   instead to cross the Genesis Forest to reach the Phoenix Kingdom. The   soldiers depart.
As they travel, Ararus learns the story of the  Dark Forest,  a part of the Genesis Forest.. He dismisses the myth of  the one-way  forest, but when he hears screams coming from the Dark  Forest, he runs  off to find out the cause of the screams.. Runs off,  into the Dark  Forest..
Upon entering the Dark Forest, Ararus met  a man named Mokai.  Mokai expressed mass-confusion about his location.  In fact, Mokai was  in a great panic.. But as Ararus tried to calm him,  they ran into  further problems.. Problems regarding leaving the Dark  Forest. Were the  legends true?

As the two tried to return to  the normal section of  the forest, they were stopped by a great force..  And then, a man,  claiming to be from District 23, showed himself to  the two. He informed  Mokai and Ararus that they were prisoners in the  Dark Forest now.  Prisoners of District 23.. Mokai, who turned out to  be a non-Genesis  sage, and Ararus would have to battle the District 23  man..
Upon eventually defeating the man and escaping the Dark  Forest,  the two returned to the Genesis Kingdom. Ararus reported to  the Genesis  Palace, where Mokai was questioned. The Genesis King was  summoned and  Mokai told that he had come on a great journey from a  world called Xanacoria. Meanwhile, the question of getting Ararus to  the Phoenix Kingdom to join the battle was examined.
Following a  short rest in the Genesis Kingdom after discovering  Mokai, Ararus and  Mokai travel to the Phoenix Kingdom to assist the  Genesis Kingdom.  Ararus is assigned to a squad in a mission to stop the  Phoenix King  from escaping the Phoenix Kingdom. The team locates the  Phoenix King  and his guard trying to escape the Kingdom and Ararus  battles guards  of the King in an attempt to get to the King himself..
Following  the defeat of the guards, the Phoenix Kingdom  continues to flee from  the squad of Genesis soldiers, and Ararus leads  the squad after the  King.. The squad begins to travel, tracking him in  the Genesis Forest.   The chase ends in the conclusion of the war and the Phoenix King   revealing that the Second Genesis Phoenix War was a result of actions   taken by District 23.
Upon the resolution of the war, Mokai and  Ararus both go to  investigate the District 23 HQ after the guards sent  to arrest the  members are not heard from. Upon arriving at the  District 23 base, the  two are immediately captured and locked in an  Anti-Magic prison.. They are set free by Empathy,  who has come looking  for them. However; Empathy has set them free to  battle them - or at  least to battle Mokai. The two are forced to dodge  his attacks as they  investigate the now abandoned District 23 base.
As they read  documents in the base, they discover District 23's  plans to kill the  Genesis King.. And they realize they only minutes to  stop District 23.  They must warn the King.. But they must avoid Empathy  in doing so..  Alas, they finally escape Empathy.. But it's too  late. They arrive to  save the King too late.

X. Resealing Of "Him"
One  month after the death of the Genesis King, Ararus is having dark   visions. Visions of a dark, evil figure. Meanwhile, what the King told   him weighs heavily on his mind. The King revealed to him that Ararus   had an inner-demon of great power.. Finally, Ararus decides there's  one  thing he must do. Make a memory potion to restore his memory  beyond the  time of his arrival in the Genesis Kingdom.
However;  Ararus soon discovers that he needs a bit of magic from a man named  Chaos in order to complete his potion. He begins to track down Chaos.   Luckily, he discovers, Chaos lives nearby. The Dark Forest.. Ararus   goes out to the Dark Forest to find Chaos, supposedly a hermit of   sorts.
Ararus finds Chaos, who lives in a hut in the Dark Forest.   Chaos reveals that Ararus needs no potion. Chaos knows of his past.   Ararus demands how Chaos knows of his past. Chaos tells Ararus that he   will reveal everything if Ararus can reveal that he is ready to gain   the information - by defeating Chaos in battle.
Ararus battles  Chaos and after a long battle, wins. Chaos  begins a process of  restoring Ararus's memories.. But when the event is  done, Ararus  starts to regret having his memories restored.. As he  learns who, or  rather what, he really is, his mind enters an unstable  psyche. He  returns to the Genesis Kingdom, feeling his powers are  slipping.
As  Ararus's psyche slips, he begins to contemplate suicide.  Finally, in  search of a resolution, Ararus goes back to Chaos, who  reveals to  Ararus what he must do. Let his identity engulf him. Ararus  must  accept who he is, and become one with it. He must not fight it, or  he  will fail.
Chaos traps Ararus in Erebus,  where he begins to  transform into a beast. The beast that he really is.  It is here that  he will again be placed in a prison. However; things  have changed. One  of the original four guardians has died.. A new  guardian will be  chosen and a saga will now begin. One that will not unfold for many,  many centuries.

XI. Era Village
A  century after the Second Genesis Phoenix War, a great burst of energy  was released somewhere near the Era Village, a village built by Chaos  and his wife, Gloria, on the remains of the Genesis Kingdom. Chaos  suspected it might be the orb that the Genesis King trapped District 23  in, due to the feeling of the power released. He contacted the  Guardians who come to investigate, but nothing was found.
Chaos's  wife, meanwhile, was in labor. That day, she gave birth to two twins --  there second and third children, with an older, five-year-old daughter  already having been born. The twins were very special.. They were the  grandsons of Mokai, who took the soul of the Genesis King, and had  inherited the power of the Genesis King split into two halves - White  and Black. A celebration occurred in the village.
Zere, meanwhile,  had escaped his orb due to a small crack which allowed only he passage  from the orb. He stumbled upon the Era Village and discovered the twins  who were the heirs to the Genesis King's power. This prompted him with  a desire to kill the twins, but he knew that Chaos was too strong to  battle. In order to get access to the twins, he'd have to use cunning.
Zere  took advantage of Hikaru, Chaos's five-year-old-daughter who had the  powers of a Phoenix. He convinced her that her family and friends were  all corrupt. After much persuading, he convinced her to unlock ancient  spells.. And kill everyone inside the Era Village. This would not go  over entirely as planned, though, when the powers of Genesis protected  the twins from Hikaru's attack.
In a last effort to stop her  brothers, Hikaru sealed the ability to use Genesis Magic away from the  twins. It was out of their reach. The five-year-old-prodigy then  proceeded to follow Zere out of the village where she would be trained  for the next decade or so in advanced magics. Zere would train Hikaru  to use her Phoenix powers.
However; Hikaru had not succeeded in  destroying the Era Village, as she thought. Gloria, wife of Chaos, led  the people of the village to take the village and dislodge it from time  during Hikaru's attack, leaving behind a fake village for Hikaru to  destroy. What Hikaru thought she had destroyed was actually well alive,  dislodged from time itself.. But Hikaru, the Genesis twins (who were  named K2323 and Kai), and Chaos were not taken with the village when it  was dislodged, and were left behind in the fake, destroyed village.
Chaos,  thinking the village really had been destroyed, set off in agony to  start anew. Hikaru went off to train with Zere and grow stronger. That  left K2323 and Kai, infants, alone. And then, Konjan, a guardian,  arrived and took K2323 and Kai under his wing. He would take them to  the Guardian Dimension and raise them as sons for the next decade or  so.

XII. Hikaru's Search For K2323 and Kai
A  little over ten years after the destruction of the Era Village, Hikaru  began to search for K2323 and Kai, with a desire to finish off the  Genesis Dragons once and for all. When she finally found them, she was  faced with an entirely new challenge. Dimension travel. It wasn't  exactly something she could look up in a spellbook. Most people still  didn't even know that dimensions existed.

When Hikaru finally  learned and perfected dimension teleportation, she arrived inside the  Guardian Dimension. Konjan, K2323, and Kai had just got back from  training within the Era Valley. Hikaru easily destroyed most of the  Guardians. She and Konjan broke out in battle, one-on-one, when Konjan  pushed Kai and K2323 through portals to take them back to the Sage  Dimension in order to avoid their capture by Hikaru. Hikaru would  proceed to turn Konjan into a mere, small boy with no memories of his  past.

Kai and K2323 were seperated in the Sage Dimension. Kai  found himself in a desert of some kind where he encountered a desert  merchant. The merchant ended up trapping him inside a crystal in which  everything that ever occurred which related to him, and all of his  past, flashed before his eyes. He learned of Hikaru, who she was, and  what she had done many years before.

K2323 was lost and alone in  the Era Valley. He knew that Hikaru was bad, and that he needed to get  back to the Guardian Dimension, but he had not yet perfected Dimension  Teleportation. Still, he attempted to teleport himself to the Guardian  Dimension.. And he ended up creating a permanent doorway to the mortal  dimension and breaking through a defense barrier the Aralangs had put  around the dimension to prevent anyone from teleporting to it -- a  spell way above the boy's skill-level, and a factor in his eventually  becoming one of the strongest of sages.

The power which went  into creating the doorway could be felt all over. Hikaru, who had come  to the Era Valley after finishing in the Guardian Dimension, was among  the first to feel the power released by K2323's spell. She quickly  teleported to the doorway, but K2323 had already gone through. She  followed him into the doorway, not sure what was on the otherside. This  would be the beginning of a legacy unlike any other.

XIII. Humanity Meets Sages
K2323,  upon going through the doorway he created, found himself in the Realm  Of Existence, a beautiful garden of some sorts surrounding a palace. He  was scared and confused. An Aralang came to him, investigating the  breech in the defense field, and found him. He helped K2323 piece  together what had happened, and took K2323 to Earth to show him it and  help explain to him about just who humans were.

Gaserlake and  K2323 got separated at Earth where he would eventually meet Logan, a  man who had achieved a limited sense of immortality. Logan and  Gaserlake would eventually branch off of Earth in their own empire.  Gaserlake, upon meeting Logan, suffered a fall in which he developed a  case of amnesia, forgetting his past and who the Aralangs were. Because  of such, he was separated from his people for centuries.

K2323  took the land masses of the planet Earth and made copies of them and  all of their people, before scattering them throughout the galaxy and  putting the land-masses and the people on different planets. He  declared himself the leader of these people and made his base in  Japan.. But not just any Japan. He put the land-mass of Japan in a  "pocket-dimension" - an area of space only assessable by going through  a black hole.

The people of these planets were amazed by K2323's  power, having never before seen magic. K2323 used this to his  advantage, and he was treated well as an emperor. However; things would  not last in harmony for all time. Eventually, sages began to find  K2323's doorway and come through it themselves. Including Hikaru.

XIV. Bloodlines
While  many sages came to the dimension, not all joined the forming kingdom  K2323 was building. Hikaru herself started a kingdom which roped in  many sages who opposed K2323's way of doing things. Many sages simply  felt that K2323, who was only a young teenager at the time, was too  young to run a society. Hikaru quickly managed to grow an army of  great, formidable power. K2323's kingdom was threatened.

Both  begin building armies, though the style in which the armies were built  differentiated greatly. Hikaru took in students who she trained in her  ways of magic. Many of these students would become close associates and  apprentices to Hikaru, living under her watch in her castle. Others  would join the ranks of Hikaru's general, The Purple Thumb, who was  much more of a military man. This caused somewhat of a bi-partisanship  within Hikaru's military which made for much stronger base in attack.

K2323,  on the other hand, had been less focused on training in his initial  time of leadership, whereas he was more focused on construction and  development. Communication was quickly developed through use of  K-Transmitters, television and radio-like devices of all kinds of  design. Among the greatest buildings first constructed in the K Empire  was the K Dome. It was a great tournament designed for magic sparring.  This is where K2323 trained his army in the arts of magic in  mass-number, and where he chose two of his students, Xanacore and Mia,  as his generals.

One day, Kai showed up in the K Dome during a  training session with soldiers. K2323 welcomed the arrival of his  brother, and the two engaged in a friendly sparring match. After  trapping Kai underground and nearly crushing him with the pressure of  the dirt, K2323 was victorious in the match. In a more serious request,  Kai asked for land from K2323. He knew by now of K2323's spell in which  he copied land from the planet Earth and asked for some himself. As  Hikaru now owned the planet Earth, and as she and K2323 had tried to  reach a sort of peace, it was decided that Kai was to be brought to a  strip of land which had been named Boarder Line, designated as a place  for K2323 and Hikaru to meet on neutral grounds; Collectively, Hikaru  and K2323 decided to put Kai through a test before he gained land.

Kai  ended up gaining land taken from Australia, and his planet was named  such. Now, each of the three were the major leaders of the dimension.  Each of the three had kingdoms.. And each of the three, potentially,  were in war; Political tensions were high. The countries were young.  Nobody knew who would attack.. Or when. And that was reason enough for  each three to build military power, Kai himself training stealthy  warriors who were named, "ninja".

Eventually, after much  fighting, Kai kidnapped Hikaru and took her to a warehouse of sorts. It  was here that the two battled. K2323, Xanacore, The Purple Thumb, and  anyone else who tried to interfere were powerless. They watched as Kai  killed Hikaru.. But then, she came back to life, thanks to her phoenix  abilities.. As a little girl! Luckily, she soon found a note written by  her adult self which told her how to restore her age and memories to  her old form before she had been re-incarnated.

K2323 was  eventually made aware of the secrets Kai (who had learned much from the  desert merchant he had met) and Hikaru held. He was made aware of the  fact that Hikaru was her sister, and what she had done. He even went  with Kai to meet their father in the Spirit Realm for the first time.  It is there that they decided to go on a quest to unlock the Genesis  Powers Hikaru had sealed within them as infants. They took off to  unlock ancient powers so great that they would have to quite possibly  kill..

Little did they know, they were about to begin a journey greater than anything they had ever done.

XV. K2323 And Kai Unlock Genesis Magic
K2323  and Kai's quest to unlock their Genesis Magic started in a mysterious,  ancient room of white. Complete white. White walls, white floors, and a  white table in the middle of the room with a crystal ball upon it. It  was here that Kai and K2323 saw the illusions of their pasts. They saw  the Second Genesis Phoenix War. Their ancestors. It was here that they  came to understand how dangerous of a foe their sister really was. How  damaging of a foe the Phoenix had been.

K2323 and Kai went upon  many great tests. They had to kill. They had to battle dragons and  prove that they were worthy of obtaining Genesis Magic. If they could  do this, they would be granted their powers. They successfully  completed their trials and found themselves back in the Kingdoms with  their own staffs, a white staff for K2323 and a black staff for Kai.  They had no idea what had just happened, but in all actuality, the  powers of the Genesis King had been split into two: The White Genesis  Dragon and Black Genesis Dragon, each's power sealed inside the twins.

One  of the first acts upon unlocking Genesis which was preformed by the  twins was a spell to prevent the threats of time travel. It had come to  their attention that anyone could time travel into the past and change  the reality of things. This was too dangerous of a problem. They would  create a spell only possible with their Genesis Magic. It was a spell  which locked time itself, preventing travel through it by any means.  Even freezing time became extremely difficult, if not impossible, and  if managed, only for a few seconds.

They would continue to use their powers in great magnitude. This would eventually come back to haunt them..

XVI. Capture Of Hikaru
K2323  and Kai were generally allied now. They agreed that Hikaru was the one  person they had to stop. After much collective effort and several  battles, Hikaru was, indeed, captured. She was handcuffed with  Anti-Magic handcuffs. It was in this time that she was brought to a  colony of K2323's kingdom which was ran by Logan (and Gaserlake).. The  city under the sea; Atlantis. Inside top-security prisons, many evils  had already been locked up. Hikaru, so far, was the most dangerous of  all.

Upon staying in Atlantis, something happened. The darkness  inside K2323 and Kai began to boil.. And it would quite possibly be the  end of them all.

XVII. Genesis Demons
K2323  and Kai were almost possessed. They quickly came to find out that each  of them were sharing their bodies with other entities. Darker versions  of them.. Almost as if they were demons. These 'demons' quickly left  the twins' bodies when they were able to become tangible. As it turned  out, extensive use of Genesis Magic had resulted in the formation of  dark creatures which spawned from the consciousness of both K2323 and  Kai.

These 'demons' caused much destruction in the kingdoms.  K2323 and Kai personally battled them. Sometime in the battle, Hikaru  managed to escape, in which time she became stranded in Australia,  still handcuffed and on the run (though she eventually got the  handcuffs off by breaking them on a rock). K2323 and Kai had bigger  things to worry about. How would they defeat these darker versions of  themselves!? What were they to do!?

Eventually, the battle  ended. K2323 and Kai managed to trap the demons inside a void of some  sorts which only the twins could enter or leave at will. The demons, as  such, could not leave. They eventually diminished inside the vortex due  to not being able to handle the energies it was made of, resulting in  their deaths and probable admittance to hell. K2323 and Kai decided  that they would minimize the use of Genesis Magic.. Even so, Kai knew  what the brothers had to do -- They had to go and train in their  Genesis Magic and get control over their powers so that this would not  happen again.

And so, they prepared for departure.

XVIII. Marriage Of Emily and Demonkiller
While  little is known about this event in history, it is known that it did  occur. Emily, a follower and close friend of Hikaru, was to be married  to a demon killer in a nice little chapel. K2323 and Kai were known to  attend, though Hikaru was still somewhere in Australia at the time, in  handcuffs. After Hikaru freed herself, she came to the wedding, where  it was interrupted.

The event was one of the last times that the  major powers of the universe were together that Millennium. After many  displays of magic (such as animal-transformation) at the wedding, and  much fun (and a few fights, of course), K2323 and Kai took off. Emily's  marriage would eventually end and she would follow Hikaru in taking  advantage of the absense of the twins and training.. As well as  destroying much land of her brothers.

XIX. Thousand Year Break
K2323  and Kai trained for the better part of a thousand years in their magic.  They spent their time mostly in the Sage Dimension, learning the  secrets of their ancestors. And learning to control their powers. After  centuries of mastering their Genesis magic, they came to ask themselves  if they were quite ready to return home. They decided that they were  not ready, but they did need time alone to train apart from each other.

In  this time, most sages had learned about the guardians. K2323 himself  had gone around informing some people of the Opposing Kingdoms, of the  guardians, and of many other things he had known for much time, in an  attempt to gain followers. Many people begin to experiment in actually  creating dimensions. Soon, Chaos, who had escaped the Spirit Realm and  in fact changed his appearance a great bit through use of magic in  order to avoid being found by former foes, created a spell which used  the properties of the 'dimensional sea', a sea of information and magic  he had learned about in his time in the spirit realm which actually  bordered the dimensional plane (or collective of dimensions) to create  a dimension. Many people soon found out about this spell and followed  his example.

K2323 ended up visiting the domain of Chaos, not  realizing that the man was his father because of his change in  appearance. K2323 stayed inside the palace of Chaos within his  dimension as a personal guest for much time. He eventually found out,  though, about a power Chaos had called Mayhem which allowed him to  cause utter chaos in the hearts of men. While Chaos had limited control  over the power, K2323 felt it was of too much power for Chaos, and that  it would make Chaos corrupt. And so, K2323 stole it and took off to the  Kingdoms.

Kai, meanwhile, had decided that he had not yet  mastered his powers. He was not ready to return home. He decided that  he would make a clone of himself to go home and rule his kingdoms for  him. He gave the clone strict instructions to tell those who it met  that it was a clone; A mere representation of Kai. Unfortunately, as it  would turn out, the clone had its own agenda.

Over the thousand  years, Hikaru came to rule most of the Kingdoms. War basically crushed  her brothers' domains. Her army came to be the major force of power  throughout the universe. Basically, she was in control. Times were  truly dark for all who had opposed her administration before.

She  obtained, during this time, some sort of book which had been in  possession of K2323 and Kai. It was described as a book which could  control an evil force of some sorts which could go as far as to "suck"  magic from those it encountered. This likely describes how Hikaru came  to obtain a book called the "Book Of Revelations" which was a spellbook  for Revelation Magic, a magic made by the Keepers in order to seal  "Him". Hikaru, luckily, did not awaken "Him"; She didn't even know much  of the book at the time. She would, for the next several years, study  the book.

Most people in this time had focused on dimensions.  Nobody even suspected that, within the sage dimension, there was a  society living in an entirely different universe. The society was an  advanced magic society, but something went wrong. They were forced to  abandon their universe and come to ours where they learned of the hype  about dimensions. This group, the Relorians, made a trek to the  Kingdoms where they began to study universes and see if they could  return to their own.

After much studies, they departed from  our universe, but not before leaving some Relorian couples behind if  seen possible; This would contribute greatly to history in a few  decades.

XX. Jikore Arrives
Following  the end of the thousand years in which K2323 and Kai had gone to train,  Kai (or rather, his clone, who was acting secretively as if he were  Kai) had started a resistance against Hikaru's army. He and K2323 used  their great increase in power from training to regain control of their  kingdoms. War loomed in the balance with the powers of Hikaru's  kingdom. However; the war never got underway, as a great foe of sorts  came about.

Jikore was a messenger and high ranking subordinate  of Chaos. He traced K2323 to the Kingdoms after K2323 stole the power  of Mayhem from Chaos. He warned all in the Kingdom that K2323 was angry  and that he was coming. Soon. After many battles with the one named  Jikore, everyone prepared themselves. Whoever Chaos was, he was coming..

XXI. Chaos Arrives
Chaos  arrived in Atlantis, looking for K2323. Logan told Chaos that he should  leave Atlantis. Chaos caused a bit of destruction before taking off to  find K2323. He didn't find K2323 immediately, and generally caused a  lot of destruction. Nobody seemed to notice the true identity of Chaos.  All in all, he was a foe to the Kingdoms.

Many people tried to  stop Chaos. He was battled in great frequency. He eventually even  managed to possess Chaos and seemingly surpass any method in which  K2323 might regain control of his body. However; K2323 did manage to  regain control of his body by placing his consciousness inside an  android until he could later gain control of his own body again.

Chaos  used the power of a white cross of some sorts to attempt taking away  K2323's Genesis powers in revenge for the steeling of mayhem. He also  managed to retrieve the power. However; before Chaos could get the  powers of Genesis, he was defeated by the three sibling sages (K2323,  Kai, and Hikaru; The nickname 'Sage 3' had been used often lately to  represent the three as a whole).

Even after Chaos was defeated,  though, nobody knew that he had been the father of the Sage 3; The Sage  3 presumed their father to still be in the Spirit Realm.

XXII. Halloween
In  Halloween of the year after the return of routine events throughout the  kingdoms, Hikaru invited her siblings to a party of sorts at her palace  to celebrate an event talked about all over by many cultures in many  lands called "Halloween". Kai and K2323 were skeptic about the party.  There was a good chance that it was a trap. It would not be the first  time which Hikaru had tricked the two in such a manner. Still, the  brothers came.

Sometime during the party, a treaty was made  between the three which called for peace between the three. Many days  later, the treaty would be destroyed and war would return to the  Kingdoms. Still, for a short time, there was peace between the  siblings. Even so, that did not mean absolute peace existed. There was  still another foe which the siblings would have to battle together..  Eventually.

XXIII. Treaty Nulled
In a fit of some sorts, Kai destroyed the treaty from Halloween. War returned to the Kingdoms.

XXIV. Assassin
A  man named Assassin (named such because he was born to be a great  assassin) who was part of a council of killers was hired by Jikore, who  suspected Chaos had been killed, to destroy those within the kingdoms.  Assassin showed up and made great trouble throughout each and every  kingdom in the land. He generally could not be defeated as he was quick  and powerful. It took much fighting to kill him.

XXV. War Of Atlantis
Hikaru  used K2323's spell to copy land from the Earth and place it on planets,  creating a whole new series of planets which were up for grabs. This  prompted a considerable flux in political tension as a new goal for  conquest of the galaxy began. However; the Sage 3 was not the only  party involved in the attempt to gain new land and expand their domain.  The lost city of Atlantis's inhabitants, though under colonization of  K2323, also attempted to gain land from the oppurtunity, with consent  from K2323 as Emperor and ultimately the overseer of all events that go  on in the colonies. While K2323 obviously had no problem with the  establishing of these colonies, Hikaru and Kai, who each shared a  personal dislike for Logan, were determined to crush the efforts of  colonization.

The war over these new planets consisted of  several small skirmishes, mainly between Kai and Logan, with various  outcomes. Hikaru, meanwhile, was also plotting against K2323, who was  backing up Logan. The war reached a high-point on territory identical  to Earth's country of France. After continuous fighting on the planet,  K2323 wiped out Kai's new settlements there with a super bomb of magic.  There were no survivors.

Following the tragedy, Kai and Hikaru  approached K2323 in an attempt to end the war. If necessary, they would  use force. However; they did not suceed in their attempts at first.  They were left with one option; Careful strategy and recruitment began  to begin the full invasion of Atlantis.. and elimination of K2323. The  project was named Project: Mexico.

K2323 was, at the time, in  his bedroom in Japan, working at his desk, when Project: Mexico took  action. Emily, a part of the project, arrived in the bedroom and  attempted to seduce K2323. She kissed him with a poison lipstick upon  her mouth. K2323 died of poison at the lips of someone he genuinly  cared for. Upon death, his Genesis powers were automatically transfered  to his twelve-year-old son (who had never met the man) in the Era  Valley who lived with his mother, having been born in the thousand  years in which K2323 was away from the Kingdoms. A spell also activated  which sent a message to the son, informing him of everything K2323 had  been through, and telling Kaleb that he now had inherited the throne of  K2323's domain.

Project: Mexico in this time also attempted an  invasion of Atla
