Title: OOC : Training

1. This topic is for the purpose of training someone in how to use magic.
2. Any intervention by Rogue will be nulled.
3. Kai and Hikaru, you can join it if you wish.

This is a training topic to give Raini's characters the distinct ability to utilize and command the power of Negion as well as basic sage techniques.
