Title: Faotemaru's Tech
Post by: Embodiment of Cringe on January 18, 2010, 02:58:04 AM
Man-made Philosopher's stone-
Just look at the fucking Wiki page. =___= (http://galactic.wikia.com/wiki/Faotemaru#The_Philosopher.27s_Stone)

Alchemist Chalk-
Allows creation of new transmutation circles. The special thing about this chalk is that it may create markings in the open air with the use of mana (Or magic, whatever you want to call it) allowing for the use of a circle anywhere.

Holo-transmutation producer-
Once drawn with alchemist chalk, the producer saves the circle that's drawn in it's memory. Once the need arises, the piece of technology activates and creates a hologram of the circle and displays it for quick use. This device is placed as a 'watch' on the user's arm.

I feel bleh at the moment. Read and approve/disapprove.

Because the Wiki doesn't have a mobile page, I can't check out the Stone, but I approve everything else.

More tech. Space pirate tech!

---

Carbon Splitter-
Despite the name, this weapon splits atoms in general to create massive amounts of energy and convert it to various objects made of pure, disintegrating energy. For example, using this, the user could make a giant energy weapon that can pierce even the hardest of armors due to it's density. The carbon splitter is powered by philosopher stones.

Tier Patch-
An eyepatch with a special black lens and top of the line scanning technologies. Can record footage and slow it down x.000000095 of the original speed to help identify fast moving targets, has X-ray abilities, infrared, energy level sensing, structural and humanoid weak-point detector. The lens can also pick up on disturbances in the mortal coil (In other words, if you're living or just messing with stuff that really shouldn't be messed with = Can and will be detected.) and can detect changes in the target's aura.

Exoskeleton Skin-
A transparent, thin liquid that is sprayed onto the skin and heightens the toughness of it to the point where it can withstand some damage from energy particles and heavy projectiles. The spray doesn't last for continuous attack onto it, but for the time it is on the skin it offers great protection. Bullet proof humans anyone?

---

Ships

Red Courage-
The massive pirate vessel Faote and Katherine is in control of. It is the size of Earth, has massive amounts of firepower, and has full capabilities of opening portals in all directions. It is also powered by a large philosopher's stone and conceals it's really large weapons inside the ship via portals and pocket dimensions to conceal the actual firepower the ship is capable of producing. The ship can also launch off two other large vessels the size of Earth's moon, which also most of the size of these vessels are fit tightly into the ship's structure with portals and pocket dimensions. These separate vessels are outfitted to the teeth with firepower and portal technology as well. Each vessel can easily take out a very large battalion of enemy battle cruisers alone.
--Only one of this ship will ever be produced unless destroyed.--

False Heaven- If approved, this will get it's own forum as Space Pirate territory as if it's actually a planet.
A space station the size of Neptune has been built, and is a fully functioning hub for space pirates/freelancers/travelers everywhere. The hub itself cannot move except by portal technologies, and can hide itself in pocket dimensions in times of danger. The hub is equipped with a large carbon splitter and is heavily armed with both beam weapons and heavy projectile weapons. The inside of the hub is luxurious and offers top of the line technology and living quarters. Living in the hub is free once visitors pass heavy background checks and education. Otherwise, people coming and going will also find that almost all of the services are free as well, because the station is powered by a massive (you guessed it), philosopher's stone.
The hub has not allied itself with any faction, and it takes a neutral stance on all conflicts unless involved directly. It takes no responsibility for any actions it's residents take and insists that it acts as only a hub for intergalactic travel.

And you thought Faote was a lazy bastard.

Alchethirst- A liquid concoction specifically designed to enhance the abilities of producing Alchemy. It supposedly modifies the spirit and soul in ways that allows the user to put much more energy into their alchemizing for a much faster output speed and raises the quality of the finished product, and allows whoever consumed the drink to slightly change their thinking into something that streamlines their transmutation of alchemy.

No. It actually has a quite refreshing taste that's unlike anything made before. The invention process of this item meant millions of taste tests, and many people reported in that it was quite different, yet soothing.

...So you mean to tell me there's a energy drink that DOESN'T taste exactly like sweat socks?
I'll take fifty cases!

But this isn't an energy drink, it's sole purpose is to enhance the process of alchemization.

Now, if this were a joke topic, I'd put the entire frikkin' parody thing here.

Energy drinks enhance stamina. This is basically a energy drink, except for alchemy, the way I see it.

AFD Field (Anti Field Double) : Pretty much negates all other fields within it by making use of alchemy along with anti field technology.

AAFD Field (... Yeah) : Serves to negate the AFD field. Hey, never know when it'll be used against you.

Yeeaah, I just got tired of all of the "Anti everything" debate and just wanted something of it of my own.

Did you look at Alchethirst?

Fields are approved.

Alchethirst: Yeah, I'm no alchemist, but it gives the person a better 'taste' in alchemy? Like, suddenly knowing when it's in rich quality or not?

...

Think an energy drink. What does an Energy drink do? It gives you energy, or improves your ability to stay awake or heightens your senses.
Now replace "Energy Drink" with "Alchethirst" and "ability to stay awake or heightens your senses" with "Alchemic abilities."
