Pulling up a word document on his galaxy drive computer he began to type a lot of new regulations up.

1.Narrikians are allowed to have special forces, Private Military Companies and the like so long as it does NOT interfere with any active duty military or the official military in any way, shape or form.

2.When privatized companies exist, they are not required to be authorized by the military or by any military personnel except for Gregory Falzone.


3.Military suppliers may provide other groups such as PMCs with weaponry if the need should arise due to the attack and subsequent destruction of Zed, an ID badge issued out by the current emperor of the Narrikians will be required.

4.In times of extreme peril such as the ones the galaxy is facing currently the emperor may re-activate old protocols without approval from military leaders IE Thel Valdemee or Gregory Falzone if the situation is bad enough.

5.The emperor is allowed to own one PMC company that is completely under his control and paid for solely by him. This means that other officials such as Thel would not have any say in how it is run.

6.Since there is a weapon licensing law now, PMC companies are NOT required to be licensed to wield any kind of fire-arm or other weapon deemed vital in their jobs. Alteration to the weapon licensing law. 

Emailing a copy first to Thel and then to Gregory Falzone, Ken waited to see what their reactions to his new laws that he had come up with to make the discontent levels of the people go down. Hopefully they would agree, if not he could always initiate plan b. If approved, he would implement them. If not, he would revise them.

Reply #4 on: March 11, 2011, 01:55:32 PM ?     The ordinances were scrapped, and Ken went back to the drawing board. Pulling out his pistol he contemplated ending his own life here and now if merely to save Thel and everyone else the continued headache that was his own existence. Shaking his head, Ken realized it would be wrong for him to waste his life like this but he would have to test all of his tech personally since a PMC would not be allowed. Wait, he didn't have time to test his stuff but he knew someone who did have plenty of time. If that person of course would be willing. Likely not though and so he decided he would have to test all his technology personally. Pushing a button on his desk, a beaming occured and in was beamed one model of the new ISDT that he had not given to the military yet. These were the new AMU units that could be used. Calling up Thel he asked him something simple. "How would you like your military to grow in strength? I just need you to repeal one of your earlier laws so I can have people test my new projects that I am having scientists work on at the moment in time."
