All over the planet, all ports off planet locked down. The reason for this was they suspected someone was trying to scare the population. Just in case, a dozen SDPS were made in the junk yards and launched up through the barrier being allowed as an exception. All the police were given Artillery grade armors and deployed to stop the chaos that was brewing now due to that threat.
