A priority message was sent to Gregory.

Dear Lord of the Mechera
We have found that the behaviours of one of your men, a Thel Valdemee is slovenly, and a waste and to be quite frankly we have received numerous complaints about his latest edicts. We shall inform you that we have built a base right under your nose. Oh, and I would be careful how strict of laws you allow your underling to do.

Dear 'Black Guard Commander',

I am saddened that you find his law ideas to be wasteful, but in truth they are sensible laws. With these permits, it is much harder for a criminal to obtain a weapon to kill others or rob a store, and so, overall, the citizens are safer. These, in any case, are military laws, not any that would affect most civilians. As such, I fail to see any real problems with them.
Oh, and Im not sure why you've told me that, but seeing as this appears to be a threat, Im sure this base of yours will soon be evicted from our empire.

Dear Mechera Master

I highly highly highly doubt you could even find such a base. Besides that fact, evicting it would be nigh impossible. But no worries, we won't use it against you. The one law that most concerned us was when the civilians started throwing away weapons besides automatic, anything to do with their own fighting styles at all. As that hampers their evolution, and stalls the coming of the ancient narrikians to this plane. Also we would appreciate it if you unbanned PMCs, so that the Narrikians could work together and evolve faster saving us much effort.

PS : Define that law of weaponry better.
