Title: Lyoko222 Now Has Approval Powers

The staff's been behind on progress lately, and we're sorry for that. Nisorin and I should start getting back into routine again, but Hikaru needs some time off. The unfortunate absense of Gaserlake also leaves us short handed. As such, Lyoko222 now has the power to approve stuff. Do not harass him with requests of having your stuff approved.

Gaser isn't gone forever. We can't just replace him like that!

We're not replacing him, we need help managing the board.
