Name: The Countess of New Dementia, Tera Mikami

Alliance: New Dementia
Biography: She was born into New Dementia not long after the ISAF aquisition, to a prominant family, and had a sheltered upbringing. She shortly served in the ISAF Military, before she was discharged for unknown reasons. For a while, she was in a relationship with Lt. Commander Valdamee' but broke it off after her family disapproved of it. After being discharged, she assumed her duties as nobility and met her future husband, Lord Mikami at a gala.
She married Lord Mikami, and was soon named the countess. She, and her husband ruled over ND for many years, until his death in 2020 during the 2nd belkan war. She has since, moved ND into a state of lockdown and isolationism.
She has a very kind and caring personality and is extremely peaceful. She is still friends with alot of former ISAF leaders still in the SP.
