Assuming that my theory of time not working the same way everywhere is correct, then Duerme. Elsewise I have no idea, because for these two to be 19 and on Duerme would make some of my other characters much older than they are...

Technically speaking, they're the pets of another character I've yet to make(considering that these are two characters for this week, I cant make 'em yet)
Personality:
Feral is...Animalistic. Little of his former mind exists, and the only thing left is a strong love and desire to protect his sister. Aside from that, only sheer, bestial instinct remain. Emotionally, he seems to tend more towards anger or hatred, but he usually mellows when alone with his sister. While Berserk is more clever, he does seem to be more patient. I know it says two paragraphs, but really, there's not much to him beyond that, or at least there wont be until I start RPing them to flesh them out.

Biography:
Feral and Berserk weren't always these two cybernetic monstrosities. They were born twins, but were abandoned at a young age. They lived much of their life in poverty, not even having a home above their heads, but generally made do. It wasn't even a bad life; they made friends like all kids did, and looked out for each other. Aside from being hungry every once in a while, they were alright. They didn't get a formal education, but learned how to speak and read before they were abandoned, and were very grateful of that much at least. It allowed them to scrape up the money they needed when they needed it pulling odd jobs, at least.
Years passed, and they went through their lives fairly joyfully. And then, though they didn't know it, a organization was formed...One that would change their lives forever. This organization...Was called Machina. When they were just around 19 years of age, they were abducted by Machina and taken to a 'scientist' by the name of Xriltzetch, a corrupt biologist whose experiments have broken not only laws, but even in a few cases peace treaties back in the Mechera's home dimension. While he didn't share the exact same views as the other members of Machina concerning organics, he was still uncaring enough about them that he was let into the organization. He ordered them separated, and even with the two's protests they couldn't break free of their captors hold, especially not when they used drugs to sedate them.
While they were sedated, Xriltzetch had them bound onto two separate tables...And began his 'operation', changing them from Narrikian to these beasts, all while they were conscious. A lot of internal organs were removed, replaced with mechanical and more 'efficient' organs, with only their brain, Soul/whatever, lungs, reproductive organs, most muscles, and some of their skin remaining. In Feral's case, his entire left arm was reworked to allow it to reform into a automatic weapon. Then, the armoring was grafted onto Feral's skin, made at the left arm to change and place in the remaining parts to the weapon once changed. In the armoring was also implanted a shield generator, to help protect him from weaponry strong enough to penetrate the armor-repairs would be costly, after all. Berserk was implanted with Narrikian assimilation nanites, coded to first use her own body tissue to reproduce more nanites, then once enough were made, convert other materials given into a armoring, grafting it onto her body as it was made, though most of it was still made out of the clusters of nanites(thats what all those blocky things are on her image are, the clusters of nanites). Both of them were given a sort of mask that'd form over their lower face, controlled by who'd be their master, known as their 'muzzle'. When in use, it restricted their combat enhancements, preventing them from doing much harm to those their master didn't want them to harm.
The operation, immensely painful as it was, fragmented their minds and drove most of it into oblivion. They retained enough intelligence to be able to comprehend spoken and written words, and their sibling love for each other, but they were still forever changed, now animalistic, bestial, instinctual. Once the operation was finished, they were thrown into a cage, while the biologist was paid for his services. This cage was loaded onto a ship, and they met their master, the leader of Machina. He treated them kindly enough, but it was clear they weren't equals. They often growled their disapproval of him, but there wasn't anything they could do about it, what with the muzzle controlling them.
Then, they were sent on their first mission...they were dropped onto a small space station, and sent to wreck havoc. They didn't really have much of a choice; they understood their orders, and also understood that there would be consequences if they failed. There was a security system on the station, to be sure; a system of turrets. Feral gunned a few down, while Berserk assimilated one, and used it to open fire upon civilians-neither entirely sure how they were doing what they did, just instinct imparted by Xriltzetch. They tore through the station, killing indiscriminately, and even eating some of the civilians when they were hungry. The armoring on Feral, combined with his shielding system, kept him from major harm as the security forces and the civilians retaliated, whereas any damage sustained by Berserk was simply repaired by the nanites, using bullets, corpses, even parts of the station itself as materials to fuel these repairs. The station was destroyed in around a day, and the two were collected. The boss had said that they did 'even better than anticipated', and made plans for a line of others based off their designs. But, they didn't know much about that. They were sent on other 'missions', always targeting organics, sometimes tasked with killing a specific person not alligned with Machina's cause, it was all the same to them. They never really cared, but they dared not slack off after their first few failures...They knew what would happen. And now, with Machina's shift from relatively peaceful to more and more hostile, they've seen more action, and also more danger. Perhaps even a chance at freedom? They didn't know, they just simply kept on performing their missions...And will continue.

He's about a three, and not specialized.

- Failing to carry out orders...The consequences aren't exactly favorable.

To be honest, she's much the same as Feral is. The only REAL difference is that she seems to be a more clever than he is, but less patient. Again, there wont be much to them until I flesh them out.

- She, however, was made with the Narrikian Assimilation Nanites as well. Using them, she can absorb enemy weaponry to use against them, and can turn things like bullets and missiles into extra mass to repair herself.
