Title: IRC Web Chat Currently Down

Yeah, I forgot the reason, but danp, the server owner says its down at the moment.
However, for anyone that uses IRC, you can still use a client to get on the chat.
And if you don't use IRC and don't have a client like mIRC.
There's Mibbit.

Thanks to danp, the webchat works again.
So there's three options to join, a client, Mibbit, or the Chat link up at the top by Logout.
