Besides, it'll be figured out eventually if they ever post. I'll be keeping a close eye on the who's online. ... Knowing my luck though I'll probably miss every opportunity.

We do. Sometimes, they keep on anyway. Rather than disciplining them for something stupid like that and potentially loosing members, we just go incognito. Most staff try to look at staff when they log on at least once or twice throughout the day, though.
