Jay Stryder
(http://26.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_le6t42BreG1qfcydno1_400.jpg)
Age:
Unknown
 Gender:
Male.
Race:
Templar
Place Of Birth:
Earth(Far in the past)
OCCUPATION:
Time Traveler
 Personality:
Despite his potentially ancient age, Jay holds the personality of a cocky young man, probably around his twenties. He is often quite rude, quite loud and somewhat obnoxious and has a severe distaste for being regarded as anything less than a grand master of what he does(Even though logically, he's practically on the bottom rung of the Templar ladder). He has no regard for the current wars and empires unless they have a way to benefit him or they're attempting to mess with the flow of time.

This is not to say he is a bad person, Jay cares for the individual lives in the universe significantly more than most of the Templars did and he severely hates the idea of killing anything; Often opting to freeze his enemies in time indefinitely instead of killing them. More often than not, he is fairly nice to anyone who doesn't rub him the wrong way but usually it is he who annoys someone else.

Alliance:
Unaligned/New Templars
Biography:
Until the age of 20, Jay lived an average life as a traveling magician on earth performing small time magic shows for the money to get around. He was most famous for his "fixing the broken watch" trick which just so happened to use a small amount of natural time magic. As he continued, he had in fact caught the eye of a Templar who happened to attend one of his shows. The Templar offered him a simple deal; Come with him and join their cause and Jay would gain an infinite life span and even more magical prowess than he could ever imagine. Being young and naive, Jay hastily accepted.

For at least a hundred years Jay trained with the Templars, slowly progressing in his magical prowess as he was considered a "prodigy". He gained many friends among the other Templar apprentices and he became quite good friends with his Master. Unfortunately, part of the Templar training is that only one of the many apprentices may become a full Templar, the rest are wiped from Time, making it as if they had never existed. Fortunately, Jay passed however he had lost his new found friends and gained a severe hate for the current way the Templars ran things.

As a full Templar, Jay's life was somewhat uneventful. He had chosen to specialize in maintaining the stability of Time instead of working in the Templar's inner workings. For a while he worked with some Apprentices but he was forbidden to warn them of many of their fates. Jay's life was eternal and ridiculously boring. Until he got word from his old Master. His old Master was to become the new Templar Elder; Their leader.

Jay had begged the old Elder many a time to change the way Apprentices became full Templars, each time he was denied. He decided he would ask his old Master, with whom he had a good rapport with. This did not bode well for Jay, his Master had changed. The new Elder attacked him and he'd put up a good fight, until the Elder called upon his newly added powers; He froze Jay in time for attacking an Elder and decreed that Jay would only be unfrozen upon the death of the final Templar(Something he assumed would never happen.)

Thousands of years later on the current Earth in the middle of a random park, a great flash of light flooded the eyes of onlookers and a young man in his 20's fell to the ground. Jay Stryder had returned to the universe.
After asking around, Jay had found that the Templars had long since disappeared from the universe; They were considered but a legend now. With a smile on his face and another huge flash of light, Jay left his old home planet with one specific mission in mind; He was going to create a new alliance of Templars, one without the brutal selection process and one that was willing to help the universe while still keeping the integrity of Time.

 Weapons: Magic Level:
On a scale of 1-10, 6.5. Jay is capable of the mid-level of Templar abilities. He is able to freeze time for himself and others, speed up and slow down time for himself and others and rewind time if necessary. He is capable of some small offensive elemental magic but no more than the average person. He can travel through time competently, bringing others with him, and teleport using his time powers.

At least three fears required.

At least five interests are required.
 Aspirations:
At least three aspirations are required.
ORIENTATION:
Straight.

Just one concerned I forgot to bring up. If, say, one of your race were to travel back in time and change something, would it start an alternate reality and not affect this reality, or would it instead affect this one reality?

It'd create an alternate reality. The Templars basically ensure that the alpha timeline(The current one) happens.
