Personality:
Lucien, is a grade-A sociopath. He resents most civilization as well as most empires in general. He is very compassionate towards fellow pirate, perhaps understanding their position. He acts similar in a way to that of Captain Nemo.
He is a strict enforcer of his own rules, and demands respect of his crew. Although he comes off as a hardass, he shows great care towards his subordinates and would do anything to protect them.

Biography:
Lucien was born on the Planet Belka around 4000 years ago. He was born to a relatively poor family. He made it through school, and went on the join the military.
During his Military Career, he fought in a brutal war. One that the ISAF barely acknowledges its existence. He followed his unit into countless battles and was the sole survivor of multiple operations. He retained much of his sanity until he participated in a certain operation that would change him forever.
Operation- Barracuda, was a sweep and burn mission on the enemies home planet. He, a highly decorated Major by now, and his unit were assigned to the command of Rear Admiral Kajeek. They were ordered to ransack, destroy, and burn a large city on the planet that had declared de-militarization and pacifism.
For 3 days, he watched as his men and his Commander killed, raped, and tortured innocent civilians all over a stupid war. He had snapped at the moment? Towards the end of it all, he murdered his Admiral in his sleep, and deserted. Some time later, he found refuge in New Dementia and was granted asylum there.
After the ISAF acquisition of ND, he was forced to leave and roamed the SP for some time. He returned to Insana, the Embodiment of Insanity, once the ISAF had left and asked his blessing. Insana, seeing his true nature, granted it. This may have contributed towards his hateful stance he takes towards Society, and his horrible experiences in war.
He went on, with a little funding from Mark Tepper and GRunder, to establish the Zealot Syndicate.
