A reply was sent back from the K Center in Paris with docking coordinates at the K Center, followed by instructions on post-docking procedure. It requested that all those aboard, after docking and cutting off the power and engines to the ship, exited and awaited to be met in the docking bay.

It did as instructed... once landed, several people wait in front of the ship.

A K Empire Diplomat approached the group from the docking bay, bowing to the large number of people.
"Our scanners have determined that you are not of any threat. Your people may, if they wish, return to your vessel. Please keep engines off. It's a precaution. I hope you understand. All those who would wish may follow me to a reception table.. How may I be of assistance to you all?"
He led the group out of the docking bay and into the K Center, to a cool, air-conditioned reception area lined with vending machines and tables.
