After scouting Lustre in his office building for a few hours, a team from the Zarethian Hand moves in the building. They eventually come to the door to his office and stack up. AM, AT, AP, and AB fields had been active since the storm. One of the team leaders communicates with Hermitage. "Sir, final confirmation.", "Do it.". The Team leader nods. "Alright... the intent is to capture. Donot fire on the Target.. repaet. Donot fire on the Target. Assistant Director Hermitage wants him alive, Copy?"
They open the door and throw a flashbang. Once it went off, they stormed the office...

The office would have only a few androids left. Lustre was sitting in a big room. In his lap was holstered something he had obtained that was not from any of the Zarethian merchants, a power plus module that Ezra had managed to dig up in severely outmoded tech. It had been attached to his gloves for the time being, taking the form of a small red patch on them.
"Greetings." He said as they entered, he was wearing sunglasses that had protected him from the original onslaught of their flash bang, but the AM when activated dissolved the barrier that had protected him from the flash bang even though it was gone.

"Freeze! Zarethian Military. On your knees! Now do it now!"

"What is this about?" He asked as he got on his knees, secretly pushing a button on his gloves as he did so that would cause the gloves and every other piece of technology he had on him to melt down, a kill command for his technology that would shut it down once he gave the command phrase. "Lustre. Code SS-23b. Engage override and melt down of all my tech. Priority Alpha. " With that he was on his knees.

They restrained him, and brought him down to the lobby where several dozen Hand Agents were standing. "Take him to Hermitage....", the one agent says. They quickly transport him to a facility within the city. They then escort him to an interrogation room with the fields still active. The room was dimly lit, with a single metal chair and table with a one way mirror on one wall. Very, very, blank. "Wait here... the General will be here shortly", an agent says and walks out of the room.

"Alright." With that he sat down in the chair putting his hands on the table and trying to call up his magical energies which would not come for some odd reason. An AM field no doubt was the source of his problem and he had left home this morning without the AAM item he had been told by Ezra to always wear. At the moment he just sat there and waited.

Moments pass in silence... Finally the door to the room opens. A man walks in and into the light. "Lustre... Senatorial Candidate for this year's election, and nothing else.... Hmmmm. How is it that a man like you with no political, military, or social background gets this kind of funding for such an important Zarethian Government Office?", he sits down in the chair across from him. His uniform was now clearly visible now. It had 3 silver stars on one collar, and a pin that had the letters, "A.D." on it. on one sleeve, he wore a Zarethian Hand and a SOCOM patch. On the other, a Zarethian Flag and his JSOC patch. His chest was full of medals and other decorations. on his chest to his right, his name tag was clearly read.
"LTG, Regis F. Hermitage, Assist. Dir.- Zarethian Hand"

"Hello." Aseron Lustre was a busy man, and had many scheduled trips to the other regions to rally support for him there since his campaign here was failing in this region due to the efforts of Eric Mann and his followers and that of course was something Aseron might have to handle. He might just drop out of the rat-race after this and run for the less powerful general assembly first. Wait a couple of years as an assembly man, and then work his way up to the senate.
"I gave him my DNA in exchange for the funding."

"Are you aware that Ezra is on an Inter-Planes Police Watchlist? That he is a suspected terrorist? Did you ever stop to think that he could have used your DNA to make a biological weapon? Hm?", he asks very sharply.

"For starters when we made this agreement, we signed a contact enforced with magic. Ezra would not attempt to make a biological weapon or anything similar was one of the terms of the contract. The second meant that I would keep in writing EVERYTHING I did in my campaign. Everything down to the last detail and submit it to him at the end of the race, win or lose. Secondly, I rendered the DNA inert so that he could not make a biological weapon out of the DNA at all when I took the samples. Third, I cast a ward into the DNA to prevent any use of it for biological campaigns, one he couldn't break through. And lastly, No I was not aware he was on the watch list until just now. He looked ill the last time I saw him, like something was eating him from the inside. I don't think he will be alive much longer. " And with that Aseron contemplated using the constructor system when he got home after withdrawing from the race.

"You're in some deep shit, my friend.", he pulls a few papers out. "And you never bothered to do any kind of research on this 'Ezra' person? Anybody with an internet connection could find this out! Nor, did you find it odd that some outsider wanted to fund your campaign..."

"I'll admit I was a little preoccupied at the moment he made the deal. " said Aseron looking at his watch and then deciding he would drop out of the race. "I guess it is best if I drop out of the race and make myself scarce from now on."

OOC : He plans to withdraw, and run for the assembly, get some experience and run for the senate.

OOC: There is no assembly dammit. Lyoko didnt know what he was talking about.

Hermitage slams his fist down on the table. "Here is how this will go down... I will bring this to council again, and they will decide whether or not to charge you." He says before walking out of the door.

"You are free to go." A guard says, opening the door.

Hermitage steps up. "Stay..." he walks up to the guard. "I can hold this man for 3 days without formerly charging him... and its been", he looks at his watch, "12 hours. This man is a possible security risk."

"Not according to Addler." The man said. "Its his authority on the senatorial candidates as per order 3125 section 2455 paragraph 5422 sentence 6 word 1-16. You are free to go." He said to Lustre.

At the moment the guard said he was free Aseron concentrated and would if Hermitage had not intervened be getting rid of the shackles that he wore, and walking out of the room at the moment in time so that he could be free. Turning his attention to the guard he looked at him. "Do you mind removing the shackles from me and deactivating the AM field around the room so that I can use magic at the moment in time?" He had no AAM equipment at the moment in time. Or any technology on him at the moment in time. Well he would need to remedy that since he had destroyed most of his technology before he had been captured. With that he turned his attention to the guard. "I'll be heading out of here if that is alright."

The guard unshackled him. "You are free to go. The AM field stops outside this room." He said.

The moment the shackles were off, Aseron concentrated and focused at the moment in time. He then walked towards the exit at the moment in time so that he would be out of the AM field. AM was not very painful but it was annoying to him extremely to deal with such things.. So later he would try to pass a legislation that banned Anti Magic.

Hermitage punches the desk. "Tell Vaccon that this isnt over!" he storms out of the room and grabs Lustre's file. He proceeds to take it to his office and goes through it. He types a few things on his console and stamps "De-Classified" on the file and puts it out on the Zarethian public forum.

"Tell him yourself." The man says, opening up a holographic projector. A green holo of Addler, half height appeared on the floor.
"Yes, Director?" He asked, slightly bored.

Hermitage looks up from his desk. "Why do you always pull this shit with me Addler... We've known eachother for how long?" he puts the file away and pulls out some paper work and proceeds to do it. "The council trusts my judgment, why dont you?"

"Its not that I don't trust your judgement, Hermitage, its that you simply cannot be allowed in this investigation. I am the only one, along with my aides, who can conduct it." Addler said, his arms splayed in a peaceful gesture.

"You know I don't vote... I hate politics. So tiresome.", he sighs.

"Same, my friend, but it is not your place. It is, unfortunately, mine, to look over these matters. So says the law; So must I obey." Addler's holo said solemnly.

He sighs again... "I suppose you're right." He leans back in his chair. "So, have the council considered my application for DII? (Dir. Imperial Intelligence)"

A screen appeared on Hermitage's computer. It read: All Electoral Candidate Files are already public.
"They are indeed looking into it. The current director is about to retire, after all." Addler said.

"Good.", he closes his yes for a second. "How long has it been since you, Mann, Decadea and I played a good old fashioned game of poker together? Its been ages..."

Addler's holo shrugged as he put down his hands. "It's got to have been a good year or so." He said.

"God... Ever since I got my 2 Star, and Decadea got Senate leader, neither of us have had time anymore... ", he looks at his screen again. "Well, looks like Aki is up to her old antics again...", he types something back. A simple SF approval to take out some small time rebels.

"I know... Just about no freetime. With having to deal with the Black Guard nuisance and the damn Coalition incident..." Addler complained, his form slumping at the thought of the immense workload. "She's a feisty one..." Addler nodded.

"Indeed she is...", he closes his eyes briefly imagining Aki naked but shakes his head and sits back up. "Yeah. I heard about that whole thing with the coalition. Admiral Fletcher and Decadea are pretty pissed about it."

"They're not the only ones.... I know that look, Regis, what are you thinking you dog?" Addler asked him chuckling.

"Hey! Do ya blame me?", he keeps himself from laughing. "Comon... everybody's thought about it once. I always wondered how she got her 4-star... eh, Admiral?"

"Hey it wasnt me!" He laughed. He laughed for a little while before settling down. "You realize that if she knew what we were talking about she'd strangle us with our own balls, right?" He chuckled.

"I know...", he continued to laugh. "Hard to believe she's still single...", he pauses. "Well, with all of her responsibilities lately, it isnt so much." another window pops up on his screen showing the After Action report. "That was quick"

"She always is." Addler grinned. "Hey, why dont you and Decadea come over to my apartment for some catching up and a few good rounds of poker?" he asked.

"You would know Vaccon...", he grins widely. "I'd love too, but we'd all have to work it out in our schedules. Aki and Aric are going to the GOL station, adn Decadea is off teh planet last i heard."

"Right, right. Whenever they get back, then." He sighed. "Well, I think we should get back to our other business. See you, Regis." His holo disappeared and the guard stepped out, slightly weirded out.
