Intended Use: A potential ship for taking ships outside the solar system. So far 10 have been assembled. They are equipped with simple cannons and any weapons taken on board. This ship is planned on being used for for the New Gia mission (Voyage to the stars).
Size: Serenity, but a wee bit bigger
Alliance: UCH (Heliphlein Empire)

You don't need to request anything smaller than a Capital ship.
