Empire Name: The pirates of Cap'n Dull Star

Empire Description: The pirates of Cap'n Dull Star right now only have a small frigate, Kiss Of Palms. The crew consists of about 30 men. They refuse to join the Pirate Alliance, and have the dream of one day ruling space.
