Personality:
To him the short term does not matter, but it is the long term goals that he chooses to focus on. As a result of this he is mentally and physically disciplined to an extreme degree. He has a great deal of focus when he puts his mind on doing something he will do it.
Also he is very secretive about his past, and does not like it when people bring it up. One of the things he is known for is being one of the more volatile of the magic users in the dimension. You can tell when he stops joking around due to his choice of weapons changing.

Biography: Interpol caused trouble forcing Lucien for a time to change his name and go into hiding and it was during that time that his book learned of a very powerful ritual that could be done only by those strong enough. The ritual would allow someone to become a whole new race, and be different from what they once were. This change would be permanent however.
The ritual changed him into what his people once more, but cost him something he would not have wanted to give up had he known, the memories of how he changed. All he knows is that he changed, but not how. His skills have increased and he has just began to tap his racial abilities.
As one of the first of the new Arrarorians, he is one of the ones that will guide the path to the future, for Lucien has united with his book in more ways than one, the book?s spirit is now part of him instead of being separate the two through the ritual have united and become one being instead of two, no book needed anymore.

This blade has been folded 1 million times during the creation of it. Combining both has led to the invention of this weapon that he now wields.

Enhancing the systems and CI of the armor, which was originally a price powered armor Lucien has made for himself a better version of the armor much lighter but the same amount of durability. He has also added a NET system from Earth to this armor and has improved the durability and longevity of the constructs it can create. He will build this after visiting Earth.
Magic Level:
Specialization however was never one of his strong suits, and while he can use common magic he has his own style of magic that he is still perfecting that he prefers to use. The use of his magic when channeled through his weapons unlocks one of the many forms his weapon can change into. Unlike normal possessed no longer is his magic focused through an item for his book has combined with him and they have become one being completely.
As a result of the combination he has access to many mysterious magical spells and other techniques that have been lost over the course of time and also has a great deal more power than your average Arrarrorian, but also has twice as much SE as well. All in all, he would be about a level 5.5 in terms of how he uses his power.
