Title: Last Flight of a Phoenix
Post by: Zero on July 06, 2011, 05:54:06 PM
Am, AT, AP, AST fields went up around the entire planet as a transmission was sent out to Kurai.

Hello  Phoenix.

As Cruor wasn't magic, but instead a big ball of negative energy and enchanted blood, the fields did next to nothing. Kurai appeared to be floating on her back in a lake of blood nearby, her wings outstretched and laying flat in the scarlet red liquid. "It's your funeral," the Negi smirked and sent back her answer in telepathy.

Various Negi and corrupted inhabitants from Japae and Bula Bula went about their day to day lives. The Negi torturing the inhabitants and the inhabitants screaming out in pain.

We understand you and Hikaru share something in common. Your rapid healing abilities to be exact. With your permission, we would like to put those to a test, a very painful one if you would allow it.

"Pain?" Kurai squealed in such delight that the emotion of pleasure in a very wrong way could be felt through the telepathy its self, the feeling sinking through into ones sending the transmission. "Why don't you come down here first?"

Can't. Our orders are to remain orbital. For all we know the blood or other stuff of the planet may be toxic. Plus the negative energy readings are off the charts and that means we are to be cautious. Our orders are to vivisect a Phoenix, learn how the healing factor works and replicate it through technology and magic and/or both.

"Well unless you come down here. I can't help you. " Kurai's voice sounded sweet-toned and sorrowful, very unlike her usual attitude.

We will send down someone down.

A scientist in full hazmat tech appeared near Kurai. He wore body armor over that, and his entire armor was fire-resistant.

"Let's get started."

"Oh no..." Kurai switched out of telepathy. Rolling her eyes to look over at the scientists, Kurai pulled herself up out of the blood and shook her wings dry, droplets of the red liquid splashing everywhere. Her skin however stayed soaked. "If you do anything it has to happen here. Set your equipment up here and bring along your little friends." Kurai catwalked towards the scientists blood dripping from her bare skin, the usual feathers soaked and nearly see-through. Her eyes held the gaze of the scientist and her expression was one of welcoming.

Well if she would allow it to happen here on the planet. First a barrier made in the shape of a table was crafted. "Get on it. We have a lot of tests to run to see if your blood is the solution to a technological problem that should never have been invented."

"Only one of you?" Kurai frowned. "You said there'd be pain. One person cannot cause the amount of pain to pleasure me. I demand you bring the rest of your people!"

"Trust me. With the equipment I have, you will feel excruciating pain." Ten more men appeared, soldiers. Assigned to protect him and clad in full body armor and so he looked at her. "First, we are going to test the durability of your feathers. And pluck a few of them for research purposes."

"Eleven still isn't enough." Kurai flew up to a blood stained tree that had blood running from the branches as if the tree its self was bleeding and crying out in agony. "Do you know how much pain it takes to satisfy a girl of my caliber?" Kurai ran her hand across her face, stopping at her mouth to which she licked her fingers one by one, sucking the droplets of blood from them. "Bring more or no deal."

Finally Marco Stone appeared.

"So you will be our guinea pig?" He asked, examining the Phoenix. "Bring me my tools." He ordered, and all sorts of scientific equipment used in creating genetic experiments appeared around them as did a massive power source which all of it was hooked into.

"Still not enough." Kurai droned on dryly. "MORE! I NEED MORE!"

"Fine..." said Marco. He pulled out a crystal and broke it. Jake Ateris also appeared. He would help with the restraints. Ezra Tan also appeared. Ken Atlas appeared as well, each of them in hazmat gear. "Now may we get on with it?" Ezra alchemized up his tools that he would need, including that crystalline knife he used for dissection or vivisection.

"Now lose those suits." Kurai called down from her perch, batting her eyelashes with an amused smirk on her face. "After all, we're all friends here."
Title: Re: Last Flight of a Phoenix

Ezra and the others thought about it for a moment. Each one except for Marco, and Jake who were not clad in the suits took them off. Ezra was waering robes, Ken was wearing a business suit, Jake wore a grey and green tunic and Marco was wearing the outfit of a scientist. They then threw a ball of fire magic at the suits destroying them. This would have to be done according to plans.  "Alright, now may we get started on the research?"
Title: Re: Last Flight of a Phoenix
Post by: Queen Bright on July 06, 2011, 06:50:12 PM
The second the suits were off Kurai had jumped down and had Ezra by the neck, while a spell circle appeared beneath the rest of the group and scientists. This was Cruror, a planet completely in Kurai's control and sadly for the scientists a planet also created completely from blood. To a spellcaster blood was sacred as it carried life and was used in all kinds of rituals and binding spells. Why this mattered?

Ken, Marco, Jake and the rest of the scientists were now trapped. Moreso than usual. The type of circle they were in and the runes inscribed into it was of binding. It took their magic signature, spirit signature, and DNA and binded it to that point in spacetime that they were, grounding them to that very spot. This made portals, teleportation, shadow travel and the various other forms of travel even by technology completely useless.

As for Ezra? Because he was in Kurai's grasp and therefore in her space of power as every spellcaster had one, he was helpless and portals, teleportation and the rest wouldn't help him now. Feathers from Kurai's wings were shed and they were carried by the winds of her magic to Ezra where they started to cover him.

Black tendrils of Negative energy erupted from the blood and began to creep up Ezra and the rest of his groups legs, the blood and circle binding them. "Now now... You honestly don't think that was such a good idea do you?" Kurai's devilish tone returned as her eyes swept Ezra's face and watched for his reaction. "The question is. What should I do with rats that enter my nest?"

Trapped, and unable to move, Ezra for a moment blushed. He then righted himself and thought of something. A way that they could do something that might help them get out of the circles. Ken concentrated his magic, and tried to use it to erase the rune circle while Jake used prophetic and psalmic magic to try and overwhelm the rune circle at the same time Marco pulled out a portable analysis device and began to analyze the energies. Ezra could not move due to the grip as it was tight.
"You should let us accomplish the task we came here to do. " said Ezra. "For your blood will be making millions suffer soon."

The spells of the group were blocked however as Cruor was once again BLOOD. A property in magic that increased the power of spells and their binding effects to tenfold. Any spell against that much blood amplifying its spells was bound to fail. This was the reason Kurai had created Cruor. Not just for the aesthetic choice as she could have chosen anything dark. But also for the power it held.

Kurai tightened her grip when she felt Ezra squirm. "I'll tell you what. Three of you will die. That I assure you. The rest will be tortured and remain here as my prisoner. While one of you.." Kurai reached forward and licked a speck of blood that had fallen on Ezra's cheek, her tongue sliding gently across his skin. "One of you will get the chance to escape here with only one thing lost." Her smirk grew. "Your virginity."

"Well since you are determined to kill three of us anyway...." Jake held out his palm. "Let me release my magic before you kill me. "

Ezra stopped for a moment. He had already lost his morality. If any were to escape it would have to be him. Ken concentrated and formed an orb of power which he launched from himself, slamming into the chest of Ezra. "I'll die too. "

Marco. 'Well, go ahead and kill me. Just let Ezra live."  Marco copied all his intelligence into Ezra, all his technological knowledge.

"Oh? You thought you were the one I would let live?" Kurai laughed. "You're much too ugly and pathetic for my tastes." With that she broke Ezra's neck and set his him on fire with arsenic colored flames of Unholy fire, the massive inferno consuming his body in an uproar and burning him to ashes and then burning those ashes. For his Spirit? Kurai grabbed hold of it before it could enter the afterlife and absorbed the spirit energy in a single feather to which she crushed and set aflame..

"Well that's one down." Kurai cocked her head and looked at the rest of the small group with a smile of pleasure on her face mixed with a glint of insanity in her eyes. "So who lives?"

"You killed Ezra. The only alchemist we had. And despite that, you did it mercelessly." Ken was angry. And rightly so, she had just murdered Ezra. But he still had his power and thought of something. Marco was the youngest one of them, and had the best likely chance of survival and so Ken began to speak words in ancient narrikian to Marco who agreed. It was the only chance any of them had if one of them were to survive. If none survived, oh well. Ken had left his will as had the others.

"Marco will live." said Ken finally, deciding for the group. Jake gave Marco the stone tablets and the scythe. "Prophetic and Psalmic are yours to command now, just don't mess this up kid."

"So he's next then?" Kurai snapped her fingers and a magenta pitchfork appeared in her grasp materialized from blood. Reaching forward she stabbed Marco like he was a large peace of meat speared on the end of it and brought him forward out of the circle and in her space of power. "You do really need to realize my game." Kurai drawled on. "Did you honestly think I would take your suggestion? No no. I'm just seeing who you value the most of your little group of ants."

Kurai plucked Marco off the end of it and threw the tablets and scythe away. She now held him by the neck. "Tell me... Marco is it? Why did you come here?"

"For scientific purposes. To vivisect a Phoenix. And to see why this planet had so much negative energy coming from it." His magic was healing him. The stone tablets and scythe vanished. Marco could not save himself, but he had sent those far away along with Ken's crown.

"And did you know who owned this planet?" Kurai asked tantalizingly. "Most likely not or you never would have came." With that she dipped Marco into the nearest puddle of blood, flew up, her wings outstretched to their full wingspan and then wrapped themselves around her and Marco.

After several seconds later... along with screams, agonizing moaning of pain and pleasure, and and a flood of blood that seemed to just pour from the winged sphere in the sky of the two. Kurai re-opened her wings and dropped what remained of Marco, a pile of flesh so ripped up and shredded it resembled bloody pieces of newspaper and a severed head that once belonged to Marco, the eyes missing and blood pouring out of the sockets, nose, ears, and mouth. Blood dripped from Kurai's own lips.

"Who's next!" She snapped, pointing the pitchfork at the two remaining.

Horror hit their minds at seeing what she had done to Marco. At least he would pass on, and find closure for what she had done. That much was earned for him and even though they couldn't use magic directly to escape Ken pushed a button. Immediately the ship withdrew from the area to relay tragic news that they had all died on the planet as per winter contingency. Ken then tried to step forward, if none of them survived except Jake it would be worth it to him to be the next meal for Kurai. He also sent out a transmission telling his people to make sure no one ever visited this planet again ever. "I'll go next."

Unlike Ken, Jake had seen much worse during his time as a child of the prophets. While this scared him a little, it did not scare him as much as it did Ken, Jake noticed the face of Ken go pale and his skin tighten up. The guy would be unlikely to survive even if Kurai spared him because he would die of a heart attack and a very painful heart attack at that.  "No! I am going next."

"Suit yourself Prophet boy." Kurai flew through the air and snagged Jake by the neck, flying upwards with him into the air just high enough above the pool to give 'privacy,' but low enough to be a good sight. "Let this be a lesson to you.." Kurai glared down at Ken. "This planet is for Negi alone. We are the sins of existence! The immorality of the moral beings! The darkness of the spirit! And the hidden desires of the heart! You come here? You put your life into your hands."

With that, Kurai ripped the clothes off Jake, burning what little clothes was left. Then after a dissatisfied sight at how 'small,' Jake was, Kurai went to work anyways. Grasping his back with her hands that became like talons that of an avian raptor, and wrapping her legs around him, Kurai proceeded to claw into his back as she went up and down, and literally raped Jake there in front of everyone.

Bringing his head to her own, Kurai grasped her lips lips to his and began to suck the very spirit energy out of his quickly decaying body till he would become as shriveled up as a prune.

Ken watched the entire time, his skin paling with every act that Kurai did. Now see, he would be unlikely to survive once he left this planet. It was down to him as the last survivor and well he would be unlikely to survive once he left for the horrors he had faced, they had broken his mind and made him so terrified that he would never be able to be emperor again.

Dropping the shriveled up body into the blood below, Kurai landed and stared Ken into the face. Before he could react, Kurai had reached out and grabbed him by the neck as well, pulling him from the circle. "And you're all that remains." Kurai brought his face up to her own to which she whispered. "Leave brat!" She threw him into the blood behind her then spun around and pointed at him. "And don't let me catch you here again or you'll lose more than your life!"

The Reaper appeared, shadows bringing themselves together and rising into a spiritual cloak, from which out of the sleeves his skeletal hands came from, as out from the lowermost portion which seemed to meld into the blood-like floor rose a scythe that he grabbed with the skeletal hand. From his hood, only two orange lights would be seen, in the shape of eyes. He looked around, displeased; not with the area itself(he'd seen far, far worse in his days, and in fact some planets he'd seen NATURALLY evolved as blood-worlds, or at least he thought he could remember a few anyways), but by that only two of his rounds were there. He materialized from the shadows a clipboard, seeing three names under 'CRUOR' at this time. He pointed at one of them, asking,"Both of ye damned spirits of the dead there, I hath three to collect from this place. Where is the third who hath died upon this day?"
He ignored the Phoenix, unknowing that she might be capable of seeing him.

Kurai was much too busy to pay the Reaper any heed even though she could in fact see him. Scrapping the anti-magic, and other anti-fields those fools had left, Kurai turned it into junk and then used magic to levitate the remainder of the soldiers into the dark chasm of Cruor that had once been Japae, but was now assimilated into Cruor its self. They were get their fun later. For now...

Kurai stepped barefoot through the puddles of blood and picked up the fallen feather that now housed Ezra's spirit. What to do with the first one... At first she was just going to merely give it to a passerby. But that group had been after Phoenix traits, this included feathers. Why give them what they wanted? No, first she'd put it into a form so repulsive that no one would ever want to release the spirit. But what?

Kurai glanced around her surroundings. Blood, more blood, even more blood, and shriveled up messes. Then it hit her and Kurai glanced over to the fallen shriveled form of Jake. Perfect. Kurai appeared near the body looking down. With a quick swipe, her nails as sharp as talons, Kurai held in her hands the thing she had cut from the body. Jake's little manhood.

Cackling to herself, Kurai held the feather to the 'thing,' and said a few word of incantation, a transfer spell. Seconds later it was complete and Ezra had his new cursed object form. Jake's dick.

"Uh..." Well Jake was a bit shocked. But he told the reaper what Kurai had done to Ezra. "So you see...that is an insult. A very bad insult."
Title: Re: Last Flight of a Phoenix
Post by: Queen Bright on July 07, 2011, 02:21:11 PM
Kurai immediately dropped the 'object' after. "You know I can hear you," she cackled and turned towards them her golden eyes glowing a magenta color for a moment as she looked into the Astral Plane. What she saw was Jake's and Marco's spirits as well as the reaper. "I wouldn't be talking if I were you," Kurai gave a twisted smile. "I could end your spirit lives with Spirit Fire."

With Ezra in the form of something disgusting and gross Jake realized that he had no other choice but to handle this madness himself. Gathering the fragments of the magic he once wielded, Jake sent out a pulse into the items that he once held a signal to anyone touching them to send a ship to this area and beam up a certain item, that which Ezra had been sealed inside of and immediately start work to free him from the item. It would be a while before such aid would arrive, he knew that much. But he already had sent out the message and soon help would be on it's way.
Title: Re: Last Flight of a Phoenix
Post by: @Pokemon Master Red on July 07, 2011, 05:28:31 PM
The Reaper stopped the pulse with a wave of his hand, saying,"The dead must not interfere with those still upon the realm of life. Ye must come with me, to the place all spirits must go, to be judged of their sins and determined of their final resting place..." He said, then looking to Kurai. A sense of dread would fill even her as he gazed into her very eternal soul itself. She had spoken to them, after all, which meant she was able to see them...But how...?
And then, he saw it, the Orb. Nothing he could change, of course, but something that he could see. "So...Ye, too, are not of the world of living. What art thou doing so far from the domain that ye must live within, defiler of the spirits of the dead?"

The pulse would have arranged for our burials.

OOC:Gack, I forgot about this. ><

"It matters not. While I personally disapprove of one going without a proper burial, it is not your place to interfere with those still alive. If they decide fit to give you a burial upon their own, they shall. If not, they shall not." The Reaper said, before from the shadows a massive double-doorway rose. Upon the left door was a figure of a judge, appearing to be carved from marble of the purest white, while upon the other door was also the figure of a judge, this one appearing to be carved from the darkest obsidian. The doors themselves were made of smooth, gray stone, with shadows shifting out and in from the crack in between both of them. And then, it opened, leading directly to the spirit world, where they'd be eventually judged.
"Your time in this world is over, spirits of the deceased. Come now, to where ye shall be judged worthy of salvation or damnation."

Kurai cackled at the Reapers question. "My counterpart had died and made deals with Lucifer one too many times. For that she was dead but Lucifer let her live. By proxy I am also 'dead,' for how could one dead give 'birth,' to something living?" Kurai smirked at the thought of death even in just mention, "So the realms you speak of don't hold me, or my counterpart, sorry."

(Lol necropost.. Assume this happened back then.)

Little after the Reaper and spirits had left, Kurai came up with a brilliant idea and picked up the cursed object form of Ezra, Jake's dick. With a sneer of pleasured scheming upon her face, Kurai quickly teleported the small item to an unsuspecting orphanage planet somewhere in the mortal dimension.
