A small Zarethian vessel appeared over the planet. It was practically the only planet they new of that had Coalition presence. >>This is Zarethian Political Vessel Marsas requesting permission to land.<< it messaged to the planet.

Authorization granted, please land at these coordinates. They would end up at a massive docking bay in a major city on Novier, there they would be greeted by an Coalition diplomatic team. Which usually consisted of a diplomat, a Locust operative, and a small squad of troopers. This was mainly due to the Coalition usually always having enemies, and their diplomats were sometimes targets.

The ship landed, its hatch opening revealing a black and gold robed Zarethian woman with gold hair and eyes and dark brown skin. She bowed, as per Zarethian custom. "Greetings, ambassador." She said, her golden eyes widening as she looked at the guards. "I am not sure whether or not I should be flattered by the amount of guards. Are you expecting an attack?"

"We have many enemies, caution has been our friend in many a situation." The Coaltion diplomat replied, nodding his head slightly as a show of respect. He wore a dark suit, with bright blue hair and eyes. Genetically altered, not dyed. "But I understand, the troopers are but protocol, once we get inside they'll be dismissed." He smiled softly as he turned and led the way towards the conference room.

She nodded and followed him. "The Zarethians pose no threat to you, however." She said nonchalantly.

"We know, we've already taken a few scans of your ships in orbit. Although you have decent weaponry, your defensive capabilities, along with your power generation are far below our what we consider norm." He informed as they neared the entrance, the door's automatically opening and revealing a room with a table and a few chairs. Simple.
"You're dismissed." The diplomat announced, the squad of troopers walking off, although the Locust operative remained.

"Indeed? And what would be considered norm?" The woman asked, sitting down in a seat.

"For an example..the Archive, the organization from which the Coalition expanded, use to dwell within a Quasar. A type of singularity that is commonly found at the centers of galaxies. These singularities were usually over the size of a few billion stars, they're technically what keep galaxies together. Although, we've then since moved our location." The diplomat informed with a smile as he sat down in the opposite seat. "Now, what can I do for the Zarethian empire?"

She nodded. She had already known this. "The people of the Zarethian empire wish to improve diplomatic relations with you, the Coalition." She explained simply.

"Ah, I had heard about Maty's stunt with the senate..I'm terribly sorry if anyone was hurt. We're usually very careful with our neighbors. That boy must've been a high value target for us to forgo that policy." The diplomat reached back and scratched the back of his head with a nervous expression on his face. "I hope it's any consolidation that Green Zero is safely in our custody, we're currently preparing him for incarceration."

"We have no idea who that is. Any information we can release to the public to ease tensions about the incident would be most valuable." She said, her eyes scanning his reactions.

"Green Zero was an inter-dimensional fugitive, a member of the terrorist organization Anrufe. This organization has been a background faction since before the Nyx wars, wanted for genocide, xenocide, extortion, destruction of property and planets, terrorism, rape, and hundreds of other different offenses. Green Zero himself nearly destroyed a planet after he was defeated by an anti-terrorist group known as Zharael. Turned himself into a singularity instead of accepted defeat." The diplomat explained, holgraphic files began to appear on the table before the Zarethian. "We had taken his father, Blue Zero into custody about a year before this incident, although the man committed suicide."

"Alright, so he is a terrorist and you attempting to help us and capture him?" She asked, magicking a notebook and pen, writing the information down.

"Help you? Oh, you must not be entirely informed by your own government. The Zarethian Empire tried to place the boy under political asylum, we took him through force. Or at least..under threat of force anyway. Quite the scandal." He smiled nonchalantly as more files appeared, detailing the incident.

"I would guess they didnt know about his past..." She muttered.She shook her head. "Anyways, about the relations....." She began.

"They were informed, and yet still insisted. But yes, enough about such topics. Is the Zarethian empire interested in trade relations, or some loose alliance of mutual protection? It's Coalition policy to not trade any of our technology, but we have science officers for hire. If you need help with your own scientific matters." The diplomat informed.
