Post by: Nisorin on July 18, 2011, 03:25:17 AM: I am sorry everyone, but I am afraid I will be resigning my position here at Shattered Planes and filing a DMCA claim to Speedmax Hosting. I have spoken at great length with Hikaru regarding the recent issues, from a PM all staff received from Nik, to the power abuse situation between her and Orpheus. She holds no remorse for her own actions, nor does she believe she should be punished for them. She has openly said that she is exempt from board rules simply because she is one of the three founders, that she is required to have a staff position because of it, regardless of her own actions. And as shown in the Sentence thread, which has been moved to a staff board when it should not have been, I am the only one who believes that Hikaru does not deserve to be a member of staff, beyond Orpheus.

I am not comfortable with being part of a roleplaying community that is run by such a heartless, childish tyrant. She is only going to continue her actions, again and again and again, until she's either given the boot, or the board dies. I don't want to see that happen, so I'm leaving now. I may or may not make another roleplaying board, I'll admit I am hesitant towards the idea after how my attempt at reviving Shattered Planes, at the time known as Galactic Empires, went. If you would like to be informed about such developments, IF they happen, let me know, either through Facebook, IM or email.

You seriously think that? In the past year how many active members have we gained? like 1... due to my own FORCED respect towards females, i will not continue with what i was going to type, but you are killing this site. You will be the death of it Regina... Mark my words.

Why else all the 'article,' forums such as Compendium, Dossier, and Dictionary? The website, the DA group, others. Along with K2s plans. It WILL BE MADE BETTER. Even if we lose Nisorin.
So keep your 'dire words,' until what you say comes true. But right now, it's not going to.

I am unsure that it'll die, necessarily...But it sure as hell wont prosper. Hik, Im sorry, but if you care at all about Shattered, I implore you to swallow your pride in order for us all to help it recover. I hope I'll be able to continue my character's stories, Hik, but nobody'll be able to do so if the board becomes barren like it looks like its gonna.

Half the members we know would be gone, possibly replaced with new members in time, and thats if we're lucky. If lucks not on our side, we who stay may remain the only members of Shattered, or worse, the members we DO get might be along the same ilk of Gallows or people worse than Hawk(no offense, dude). Im sorry, but the gain just isn't worth the loss.
