Strictly speaking he is not like the other genetic experiments as he is comprised nearly entirely out of the DNA of Assassin, making him almost a clone but not quite and that is why he is considered a genetic experiment in race. The DNA of Lord Montreal and Zane Valatako has also been added. However, he would seem to most scanners to be a Sage. Technically he is a sage, although of Chimera since 3 separate races of sage have been united. Technically though for all intensive purposes, he would be an Inu sage. (Which I have to request)

Personality:
Beneath his cold and calm facade that he normally projects all the time Vince is actually not that bad of a person. Although he is prone to excessive violence against those who would repeatedly harass other people, law enforcement included he does not actually have many flaws. One of his vices however is that he can never resist a good wine as if it is one of his flaws that has stuck with him for most of his life actually.
Another thing about him is that he is protective of his friends. Well some might consider it overprotective from the way he acts around his friends. What this means is that he will do whatever it takes short of killing himself to defend his friends and allies. And often he pushes himself beyond his limits when his allies are in danger. However he is easy to rile up. Insult him about his hygiene, wardrobe or say that his family was a bunch of morons and you have loosed a monster in the city. When he gets mad stuff really hits the fan as he is unable to be reasoned with. Don?t get him mad if you value your life. One of the things that irks him the most is when people keep asking him stupid questions or ask him for combat lessons after he has refused to teach them.
Further he is zealous when he sets his mind to accomplishing a task. This means that no matter what the odds are against success he will try to find a way to win. Not that he is always successful but he tries to keep positive in most situations. Normally he seems cold and calculating but this is because he is always thinking, formulating strategies to win. For friends he seems warmer and more caring but it is part of the illusion he is trying to maintain. Also he has a love of training himself and pushing himself past his limits. His belief is that if you push yourself beyond your limits you can completely redefine who you prove to be. Such is his motto and thus that is why he spends 5 hours a day training himself with blades, martial arts and his powers so that he can get to know himself better.
As he never knows where his next meal might come from Sirius has learned to be content with most foods. This means that he has forced himself to learn to like almost any foods. Though he does still not have a taste for pickles he would eat whatever it takes if it was the only food he had at his disposal. Still he does not like being mocked or harassed much.
His mind set is one of determination. The DNA of Assassin also makes him a bit more ruthless of an individual. Antagonizing him is not a good idea, but he usually maintains a fa?ade of calm due to some of the personality traits of Lord Montreal being added to the mix per say when he was created.

Biography:
Genetically engineered from the DNA of Assassin, Lord Montreal and Zane Valatako, Taji was to be the secret weapon the IG had. For they needed someone who would be tremendously powerful and yet able to be controlled and so the result of the creation was of course a success. During his creation however the DNA was purified of most defects and biological abnormalities.
One key result of this would be that his intelligence would be manifest earlier than that of a normal sage meaning he would be smarter. In fact the moment he woke up in the pod he started talking and thinking and plotting. For that reason, he was taken to Silen and Katrina who took care of him for a short period of time. While that was happening, Silen managed to teach Taji some of the spells he had at his disposal and how to tap into other kinds of magic.
Culinary work was something that caught his eye, and so a chef took a bit of time to educate Taji in how to cook. The result was wondrous dishes prepared by the hand of Vince himself with just a hint of magic in them to make them more beneficial for the people who ate them. The Five Families were unavailable and so could not be informed of the progress that had been made so far. The practice would continue and his magic would strengthen in that department a little due to the practice he had himself do.
Art was another interest of his as was literature. Illustrating his own books, and writing the material for them some of them which were comedy while others were not, Vince was able to learn more about magic from just those acts alone. For it gave him focus and made him put forth more effort to restrain his abilities from affecting his art and then he hatched an idea. Why stop his magic when it could be useful in his art work?
Eventually he learned to combine his art work, cooking and magical skills so that he would have something few others had learned to do. But he still seeks to learn more about what is going on in the dimensional plane and to hone his skills even beyond that of what he currently has. Also like Assassin he knows how to use the same kind of seals, but his are more precise and controlled than those of Assassin.
Unknown to him, inside of his head is tons of information. Every single schematic and design that the Narrikians ever made is inside of his head. Now awake once more, the clone or replica of Assassin seeks to make his way in the world.

Two daggers he nicknamed Fangs. MWCA bought from Lucien. That about covers it.
Magic Level:
Strictly speaking, he is a level 5.75. But this is because of the three separate sage DNAs he has inside of himself of course. Specializing in conjuration and summoning type magic, he does not use seals. Also due to the blood of Lord Montreal inside of him he is also capable of a much stronger version of the Fist Techniques. Further, thanks to the genetic material of Zane he is able to use the elements much like the elementals of the planet Elemora do. By combining various spells, and being innovative he is able to use magic like that of most out there in terms of spells, but often he adds his own twists onto magic and improves upon the spells. This is one of the reasons he is considered a level 5.75. Sometimes when he cooks, his magic is added to the food. Various foods have various properties when augmented by his magical capabilities. Also when he does art his magic is added to the art, for a reason he does not yet know of. Due to the mixed blood he has, he is able to perform a similar kind of seal to those of Assassin only his are more focused, and more controlled. Some of the power is drained out of them to make them able to be more controlled but still.
Also, he is able thanks to his training to channel magic and shape it as energy into weapons as well, a technique similar to the Psions and their constructs.
