Physical Strength Guide:
1: Weakling, in bad health.
2: Slightly weak.
3: Average, can lift about 200 pounds max.
4: Strong, can easily lift a lot of weight.
5: Can easily lift a car.
6: Insanely strong, can lift tons.
Magic Level Guide:
0 = basic peaceful mage or entertainer. Can create heat hot enough to cook foods (400deg f max), freeze foods, etc. Can create barriers tough enough to use as tables or ladders, multicolored lights.
1 = beginner battle mage. Can use basic offensive elemental spells, novice energy manipulation, steel-strength barriers. Spells strong enough to topple a building.
2 = Average military mage. Can read from and write to intermediate spell books, utilize common spells such as fireballs and lightening bolts, as well as simple rituals. Fireballs are enough to engulf heavy tanks, and hot enough to melt tank armor.
3 = Advanced mage. Can utilize self-teleportation, basic creature summoning and powerful elemental spells. Can begin to make their own spells on the spot.
4 = Very powerful advanced mage wielding mostly improvised spells, poses a threat to entire platoons of foes. If left unstopped, could destroy a moon.
5 = Exceedingly powerful magic user that poses a threat to entire armies. Can use extremely powerful spells and barriers that can defend against frigate-level gunfire. Almost always uses spells created on the spot. They can use planet-scale spells, up to spells comparable to increasing the wind speed planet wide to 100mph.
As for Level Sixes, you need majority staff approval, and an RP sample of 1000+ words, well written, the character must be damn good, and you MUST have a good IC reason.
RP Samples are needed for Combat Levels 3 and higher.

I would like to add in a short, at least 1 paragraph char history thing.
Shouldnt remove character history overall.
