In a flash of light, an emerald Phoenix appears before the council. With a Sardonic smile, he gives full view of his unclothed body. His way of ensuring they know he has no weapons. After having talked with the Marid about their MIA fleet, and the fact that the mission was not condoned by the Marid Parent Gem, Sliph came to negotiate a treaty with the planet Caliph's renegades attacked.
"Greeting Council... may I have something to cover myself... a cup of tea, oh and an audience with you if you don't mind ti too much." Sliph smile revealed a certain kind of playful mischievousness that belied his true nature.
