Eh, the junior high I went to here in Washington had so many issues. Someone was arrested for bringing a gun, two were arrested for knives or daggers, one to the hospital from a seizure

You use those to cut cardstock :/
Cardstock is a thick and stiff kinda paper for cardmaking.
No one's been arrested for bringing the needle tool to school though. Those needles are sharp and used in pottery/ceramics

...You can kill someone with a pencil. Easily. Hammerfist it into the neck.

Even easier, actually. Eyes are much softer than the neck, I should think, and if ya drive it down far enough, you'll probably hit their brain. Plus, if you DO this method, there's no chance of the person being saved and making a full recovery; at the very least, they'd always be missing an eye.

All you need is one hand and you can kill someone. Get the right angle with a palm strike, and you can send the bones in the bridge of the nose into someone's brain.

Loopholes->Suspended/Expelled/LSA students
*LSA-> School where kids are Forced(Yeah, forced) to go to school until they're 20/21 years old. They're the kind who skip school for more than half the year or have soe issue with school. My bus driver told us about some girl in LSA who punched her teacher out of the room twice. Not sure if you guys have LSA.... Buuut yeah....
