Title: {EVENT} New Years Eve

It was technically December 31, early morning by International Galactic Standards, but it was mid afternoon local time on Zaned, just outside the Sage Hall, and the heat was blaring down on the Zarethian World as a portal opened and refugees from False Heaven started to pour out. Anyone who wanted to fight back against whoever had caused the impending doom of False Heaven had been directed to come here so planning could begin. This was Sage Hall, site of the Dimensional Conference of Magic, and a safe haven from technological weapons....

Only the one who had attacked False Heaven hadn't used technology at all.

The survivors immediately were trapped in a large fenced area that magically appeared. Intercoms appeared and AM, AT and AP shields came online.
"What is going on here?" The intercoms blared as a man walked into the fence, a Zarethian man in a military uniform.
