Title: Nothing but a Freeze Song!
Post by: Zero on December 29, 2011, 07:38:35 PM
Silen appeared, clad in the new blue and white outfit he wore. Sitar in one hand, and near a populated area on Earth, Silen began to play. At first, nothing would happen but then water would appear around Silen and shape into several jagged ice missiles that if he played properly would shoot into the sky like bullets. So the experiment continued to play the new instrument that he had made. Storm clouds began to form over the Horizons, and it began to rain all over Africa, but nowhere else on the planet was it raining. A barrier also covered him, as he continued to strum but this time changed to a different tune.

"I think I will call this song Unda Tempestus."

Silen continued to play, but this time two jets of water shot from behind him forming into a barrage of icicles which pelted in front of him and formed his name. The icy dome over him dissipated, and Silen looked at it with a smile. Yes, this instrument he had made was quite the useful one and would be one he could continue to use for a long time.

Raindrops were not all that fell from the sky. Out of nowhere, four Bee-Class attackers -- much like hornets, only meant for ground warfare -- came crashing into Silen and started drilling into his barrier. And three attackers against a personal barrier would be no problem. They would bring him down in no time. His signature was grabbed onto by several nearby parties who began to trace his every move. He wasn't getting out of this one.

The Sky A technology began to actively distinguish the falling raindrops, ice, and so on in the sky from non-threatening weather. It was tracing the threats and sending information to Sky B.

When several parties locked onto his signature, Silen did what one would least expect and concentrated. This time a new tune would be played on his Sitar which would be the source of the water and rain and ice, sleet, snow and hail. None of his own power was directly applied. For you see Silen was smart enough not to use his OWN signature, but had sterilized the Sitar of a magical signature. There was nothing they could grab onto for his signature simply had not been used.

Silen sensed the Bee Class attackers and sent a telepathic message to the pilots of them in hopes they would listen. ?Back off. I?ll be gone soon enough as soon as I finish testing this. -

However; that was simply not true. Even when magic was not actively in use, there was always still a magic signature. Even the Aralangs, with no magic naturally in their bodies, had magic signatures, although tracking an Aralang using a magic signature was not a fun idea. Silen was being tracked. He was being watched by all active military, because right now, he was the biggest threat.

The pilots kept drilling. They were not going to simply back off for an enemy hostile. They drilled right through Silen's barrier and started drilling into his flesh, ripping through his skin and bones. Ensuring that the threat could not escape, right before the drills closed down, localized anti-teleportation, anti-magic, and anti-portal barriers were raised. As this was all going on, the rain, ice, etc in the sky was dematerialized by Sky B onto a Sky C layer.

The drilling would be true were it not for one simple fact the K Empire had ignored about Silen and that was the ACA Armor. It prevented them from drilling through him and so he order warped away, due to the AAM field the armor produced. His sitar however was left behind.

Silen's ACA armor would be severely damaged, though he was capable of getting away in time. The pilots of the attackers had been within range of the AAM field and two of the three had managed to successfully latch onto his signature when he warped... Thus, they warped along with him, and so did their Bee Class Attackers. A cleanup crew quickly moved in and retrieved the sitar.

But when one of them tried to touch the Sitar, it would not let them. Only Silen could even lift the Sitar, let alone wield it. And it was not just his magical signature the Sitar scanned for but his very essence. So no one would be able to move the Sitar but him.

Mages got to work at once removing this restriction by tapping into the Sitar's very essence and removing spells around it.

But the spells were heavily layered. They had been the work of hours worth of effort  and several failed attempts. One attempt to remove the spells would send a massive fist of water at one of the sages, compressed to the level of steel in terms of hard-ness. If it hit, it would hit them in the face hard.

A portal was quickly formed to take the blast. It would take several days, but the Sitar's defenses would be removed. The K Empire had formed a temporary workstation around the Sitar within moments.

A great deluge would fall, when the next attempt to remove the spells on the Sitar happened. But not on the city, just localized. As if the Sitar was reacting to the AM field.

The AM Field had been removed. The local workstation was quickly encased in a protection barrier.

The Sitar settled down, but domes of ice rose around it. Also Icy wolf like creatures appeared around the Sitar and would speak in a language the mages if they could understand it would know. The words were two simple ones. STAY AWAY.

The ice was carefully extracted and the wolves warped away by portals.

The wolf creatures were gone, but out of the Sitar would come a blue beam of light and then water would fall around the Sitar in great quantities, and take shape. A being that had been created as part of the Sitar, a powerful being with water manipulation had been part of the Sitar. Now he was free, for about 5 years until Silen could redo the spells. His skin a transparent aqua color, he had a weapon in his hands. It was sort of a curved blade but not at the same time, it kept shifting in their perception. As if beings like him were more powerful than they could fathom.

The mages quickly took defensive places, and nearby fighters got ready to take action. Ships in orbit also prepared to take care of the threat if needed. The Sitar was now the property of the K Empire, and they did not intend to back down. They prepared defensive spells at once to eliminate... Whoever this was, if they absolutely had to, though none of them WANTED to.

"Stand down!" a mage ordered.

"Why would I stand down, when you are attacking my home?"

"Where is the one who has brought me forth?"

The being paused for a moment and held out his hand, the mages would fill water rush out of their bodies towards the being. Not enough to kill them or hurt them in the slightest but this water contained their memories of this situation. The being was curious and wanted to know what was going on. Upon realizing what had been going on the being cursed.

"You do realize the true import of capturing my creator before his project was finished right?"

"He has been arrested for several crimes against the K Empire. We believe your home is responsible for what could have been an attempted attack against our soil. We must cease it," a mage explained, "We can offer you new living arrangements if, indeed, you were not involved in the plot against our empire."

When water started to flow out of their bodies, they almost took hostile action, but stopped. The same mage who had already addressed him -- the leader of the group -- spoke once more. "Your creator has been arrested for his own actions, and he has nobody to blame but himself."

The water elemental being looked over each of the soldiers and mages, and held out his hands, but not at them. Frost formed around his hands and shaped themselves into a shield first and foremost. A spear and a shield were also shaped and created and then handed them to one of the mages. Examining each one of them, the Water Elemental then made a small blue crystal.

"My living arrangements are currently unchangeable due to the way in which the Sitar would be created."

"Silen was trying to figure out what the Sitar could do."

"These items I have given you, when you release Silen you are to impale him with the spear. When you do, I assure you all of you will witness one of the greatest phenemeons you have ever seen."

A pleasant wind swept over Africa, like a friendly embrace. The air become calm, and there was a smell of earthy liveliness filling the air. For something had stirred, and this something... giggled. You see, Silen's messing with the weather had caught the attention of something truly playful. A whimsical melody of natural sounds could be heard ll across the continent, as audible words were directed at all of the K Empire military in Africa.

"What dull sense of architecture. I hope you don't mind if I make them a bit more... homely." said a playful voice as if talking to a close playmate. Thickets, weeds, and all manner of invasive structure breaking plants over ran all military and industrial facilities. A massive growth of vines... seemed  to snatch the Bee classes from the air, as the word "Hug" rang into the Bees.

Silen was embraced by a mass of tree sap, the seem to rock him as if a child. "Good work affecting the balance... please as a reward... rest." the sap totally encasing the man. Lulling him into a strange kind of stasis as the sap returned to a large tree.

OOC: Silen is in a prison in France, you probably meant to say that the Sitar Guard was grabbed.

The mages were about to retaliate, but then received word about what was happening elsewhere on the planet. Was this connected to the incoming attack? No, it couldn't be -- this seemed to not be an attack at all. Something seemed natural about whoever was speaking, but the mages couldn't describe it... They just continued working on removing the Sitar's defenses.

The Sitar Guard broke out of the confinement that Treena had put him in when they attempted to break the defenses of the Sitar. They had broken something, but not the defenses. They had broken a seal Silen had put on there to keep a certain one of the defenses inactive. Ice shards would materialize and would become like a hail of missiles at the people. The being sighed.  "I thought I said to stop tampering."

But portals intercepted the ice shards and the Sitar was beamed up into a nearby ship before the Sitar guard could get back to it. It was the property of the K Empire now, and the Sitar Guard could not interfere.

The Sitar Guard sighed, and transformed into a fog which would enter the nostrils of one of the K Empire People and allow him to use the person as his body. At least until he found a suitable one that he could use permanently.  So now he had his new form, the body of a level 4 K Empire mage. Silen would need to be found and co-erced into remaking the Sitar. Prefferably soon.
