Title: They Gonna Give You A Smirk
Post by: K2 on January 15, 2012, 04:16:29 PM
Flash.

As K2323 and Chal appeared there on Inarin, in the middle of the Citadel -- the last place in this dimension which K2323 had been to -- a wave of magic was released signifying their very arrival, causing a fierce wind to blow over the entire planet. They both were dressed in traditional Genesis Kingdom clothing -- Dragon Scale armor. Chal's was the traditional red and black color that most wore, while K2323's was white. A mere touch of the armor would drain the energy out of the enemies of the two.

Both had Genesis Staffs in their hand, and auras which reeked of dragon surrounded them. They seemed to have markings on their faces -- almost like whiskers -- and their nails seemed almost like talons. They stood proudly and confidently, side by side. Their expression seemed to be one of... Determination. Wherever they had been, it had changed them.

"Citadel," K2323 said aloud, his voice deep, "Where is the Templar?"

A higher class Marid Merchant approached the new arrivals, the Marid seemed to be a normal humanoid person that was vaguely male. Casing the new arrival, the Merchant used rather weak magic to conjure a table in-front of the two, it was filled with trinkets, jewelry, artistic weapons, and of coarse unique foods. This table was mostly dragon-themed in terms of the wares. However, there were also Pieces inspired by the history of the Marid, including a shash that told in stitched art how the Anrufe woke up their creator, a jewel was sewn into it. Obviously, it did not tell the tale in words, but in stylistic pictures.

"Would you like something to commemorate your travels to this place and what you have experienced in what lead you to here? Knowledge can always use a reminder of its existence." said the Merchant in a respectful tone without actually urging a purchase.

"Okay I just sired TWO TEMPLARS" An exasperated voice rung before the form of Jay Stryder appeared before the duo "Why does everyone suddenly wanna talk to me? If I don't sleep soon i'll die of damn ex-" He ranted before looking upon K2323 "Well hot damn, if it ain't mister disappear for 30 years..." Jay jested as a puzzled look came upon his face "Wait has it been 30 years? I dunno, definitely LIVED 30 years...." He started laughing "How're you doing man?"

"Wha-?" K2323 asked, looking at the Marid with confused eyes before hearing the voice of Jay come from behind. He turned, as did Chal, to see the Templar himself, somewhat tired it seemed, approach. Surprised, of course, but that was to be expected. The Templar was happy to see K2323, and K2323 was happy to see the Templar. K2323 approached the Templar, a smile on his face, and Chal followed.

"Good to see you, too, my friend," he replied, embracing the Templar in a bro hug. "It's been awhile, that's for sure. I would also like you to meet my student, Chal. He fought alongside us briefly in the Plexan War."

Chal politely offered his hand out to Jay.

The High Class Merchant realized that the new comers had never traded with the Marid. With a smile on his face, he palmed into both their hands a free gift, and a Merd each. The Marid's Glass like coins, each one worth a fortune in credits. These gifts were the Shash for K2323, and a jeweled pocket-watch for Chal.

"Pleased to meet someone who has not partaken our wares. I hope you enjoy your gifts... spend that Merd wisely or save it wiser." The Merchant then left the two to their talk with the Elder.

Jay nodded to Chal, smiling as he shook his hand "Real sorry for the rude ass welcome, if you remember my Apprentices I literally just helped them transition into being uh well..." He smiled "Templars. Pushing the full power to manipulate time into two other bodies kinda messed with my energy levels" He chuckled a little, exhaling majorly "Where've you been?"

"The Genesis Kingdom," he replied, smiling as he wore the Shash, admiring it's form idly. "Oh... I'm sorry, you don't know. It got rebuilt by my grandfather, Mokai. He's rebuilding the Genesis Kingdom," he explained.

"That name rings a bell" Jay muttered, as he looked around "Mind if we talk more in my chamber? I've got a closer connection to the Time Stream in there, probably stop me from dying as we talk" Jay chuckled, Inari and Nek would have appeared inside Jays chamber as he said that, placed carefully upon two floating chairs. Inari stirred lightly but remained in the most part unconscious.

OOC: Did a timeskip past this thread, so I guess I'll just do this...

"We'll talk later, old friend," K2323 replied, "Get your rest. Chal and I have a few errands to run.. I haven't even seen my wife yet."

"...Aight" Jay laughed a little as his friend abruptly left as fast as he came, he appeared within the confines of his chamber and rested until well
