Territory Description: 

The planet has something in the food and water there that makes it hard for someone to leave as they constantly wish more of it. That is not all the planet offers as it has many forms of entertainment such as gladiatorial fighting between captive Relorians and Star-Clanners that have been amassed over the years. Many malls and places of entertainment adorn this planet and it is quite the popular planet. The planet is also unable to be taken over for some odd reason and just serves as a tourist trap. Some say it is the barrier that repels those who would attempt to conquer the planet from around it.

The planet is also being used to secretly engineer some of the most dangerous warriors and creatures in the Mortal Dimension although few know about that part of the planet or the secrets it has there. Also somehow on this planet technology from not on the planet fails meaning that you will need to obtain transportation off of the planet using the services provided on the planet. This is actually due to the Board of Directors sending an EMP wave unnoticeably at every ship that lands, and fragging it. Be careful as prolonged time on this planet can cause you to lose your sense of identity and forget about your life. The planet has a wide range of arcades, video stores, book stores, comic stores and other stores. There are lots of eateries on this planet.

Be careful, as eating the food or drinking things from this planet could render you unable to leave after a prolonged period of time.

It was more of a planet as sort of comic relief/for entertainment purposes. Also serves as a Galactic Mall.  Also if it were OWNED that would imply one empire would have all the people on the planet as slaves/citizens, which goes against this.

My biggest problem is probably that you repeated yourself a little bit, and seemed to draw out the sentences a bit too long. Other than that, and that you'll need Nis' approval for the Relorian part, I see nothing horribly wrong.
