Title: Edit to Talar Belt

Territory Name: Talar Sphere
Territory Description: This used to be a place where pirates found safe haven. It is now a military installation of the Wayword Marid, the astroid belt wipe out, a Dyson Sphere was built over the star. This installation is equipped with a MDD with enough power create a field the size of the system, and enough Zero-Point Phasers for one every eighth of a mile on the surface of the sphere. It also has a Station inside the sphere for personnel and command.
Galaxy: Insanus

It still says Talar belt, its called Talar Sphere now... considering the belt was wiped out.
